Easy, quick and cheap!

- inflexible.
- inefficient system (long wait to check in, Ouibus and Flixbus don't have this faff).
- inaccurate pricing on website which is misleading (price jumped up by 100% when we tried to check out).

Go for Ouibus or Flixbus, they're much nicer!!! Or hopefully Eurolines will read this and catch up.
