If I could give no stars I would cause Heetech is not a reliable app! I just came back from Paris and got scammed by a Heetech driver when I booked a ride from Paris airport to my hotel. The app is in french, there is noway to communicate in English even though Paris has so many tourists! Anyhow the driver did not show up and all the while he was some where else and not at the terminal he should be in to pick me up . I chatted with him through messages and after a long wait told him to please cancel the ride as I was so exhausted and stressed and there was no way to cancel the ride on the app! Heetech charged me full amount of the trip even though driver never picked me up nor he cancelled the ride! Be aware , the rider n Heetech scammed me! They r not issuing me a refund and I have send then numerous messages !!

Asked for a delivery pickup in Dakar the driver never went to pick up the stuff. It was a cake that I paid for in advance. After a couple of hours I called him he says he had something worse to do so he cancelled. Told him will report this he said I don’t care I don’t work for them. Means there is no follow up from management. If zero stars were available would give it to you. Biker name is Bachir phone +221780189166 waiting to see if you will at least deplatform him. HEETCH Angola: Terrible, terrible, terrible! Worst shared-ride experience of all the many countries I have visited in the world.

HEETCH Angola used to be, a mere three months ago, the best thing out, quick, friendly, cost effective.

Now, it is so bad that I will advise anybody to use anything else except HEETCH.

It is the second Saturday where I had to wait, literately for hours, and still not getting a ride.

Last night around 20:00, more than 8 drivers/rides confirming and then just dropping the ride on you.

I walked, through a dark bad part, to a very known and busy intersection with a safe pick-up area and no, still, the "2-min" pickup time stretches to 20min, three times, and the HEETCH just drop the pick-up, each time.

Use Yango or taxi HEETCH Angola is dead.

I don’t know what to describe but I would say just terrible service BY this company. No help ,you will be hopeless if you try to contact them or use their app for services. I had my very first ride in midnight and I had to choose this app for my trip while I already paid them first while I booked my cab but unfortunately the driver ask me again payment. As well as there was language barrier between me and drivers as well as with this company. Driver was so rude can not explain he was talking something while my trip he was talking in french and Arabic which I don’t understand. I contact to customer service but unfortunately they not responding back might be they very busy , busy like may be they are in creating rocket or what . Awful service. There is no chance for support or help . Very very poor experience. It’s my first time in Belgium for travel and I had very bad experience with it.

I use Heetch often in Paris France area. I'm a woman in my late 60s and in the past few years have only had 2-3 moderately bad rides. I've been generally very impressed with how polite, helpful the drivers are and how well they drive. I've had a few that have used the phone or driven over the speed limit. Only one that I'm aware of tried to completely scam me. I have taken 2-4 a week the past year! Some very short trips and up to 2 hours long. I'm generally very impressed.

Heetch drivers are the best! Their behavior and quality of service surpass the competition. I highly recommend !

Great app super cheap and at the same time good cars

My recent experience with Heetch has been much better than with competitors. The app is easy to use, the driver was very nice and helpful, and the ride was very affordable.

This taxi driver was completely inappropriate and made sexual comments of which disturbingly involved children. I felt so uncomfortable and phoned my friend so I wouldn't have to speak with him, but the driver insisted end the call, falsely claiming that the police don't allow passengers to be on the phone. Out of fear, complied. When got out of the taxi and walked toward the airport, he slapped me on the backside. This was utterly unacceptable, disgusting, and shameless behavior. This taxi driver is a sexual predator and a vile individual. Unfortunately in reporting this to Heetch , they replied that they were" happy' with the drivers and closed my complaint.Sadly majority of the drivers from this company are completely inappropriate to women.

The drive was very unprofessional. We got saved 3 times from accident.
The driver was overspeeding too even after asking to go slow.
It was an unjustified fair price for the ride.
I deserve a full refund or a partial refund.

it was in the middle of the night around 4am so we couldn't have just left the cab in the middle of the road and wait to book another one. I had a child with me.
So i would still request you to refund the money and if the refund doesnt come then i think i will have to delete my heetch account and will have to contact the customer service with a worse review because your 5 euros credit doesnt help in anyway.

The driver announced 8 mn away and took 26 minutes to arrive. On top of that, It was a day full of traffic and I got too late to the airport and missed my plane. The price was much more than what was announced.
I won’t use it again.

Heetch is an alternative to Uber and Bolt, they are of French origin. I find them most unreliable und deceptive. They announce a fixed fare for your ride, however, in the small foot print, they give themselves the liberty to charge much more than initially indicated, giving the most absurd and ridiculous explanation for the change in fare.
Yesterday was such an example. Sunday 1:30 in Brussel, there was no traffic and we got home in 15 minutes. Nevertheless, Heetch added € 4, - due to "heavy traffic". That's a joke. What really happened was that the driver had forgotten his card to get out of the airport parking and it took him ages to negotiate with the parking attendant (unsuccessfully) and so he had buy a ticket, these fifteen minutes (or the parking ticket) were added to our bill, quite unjustified. I complained to the app four times and only got computerised identical answers that the fare could not be changed on their computer and that drive took the correct route. In comparison, Uber and Bolt always refund unjustified add-ups which clever drivers try to add. Don't use this app

I am utterly dismayed by an unjustified overcharge on my ride. The driver avoided a dangerous U-turn suggested by the app, yet I was penalized without justification for taking a safer route. I contacted Support, and they were very inflexible and inconsiderate. This raises serious concerns about the values and ethos of this company in Angola. It appears profit trumps customer safety. I am very disappointed. 👎

Horrible ! I was waiting for my taxi , he pas near me and cancel my order, after he return asking me to go with him without ordering from the app . Because I was in rush I payed duble price . Shame !!!

Heetch drivers in Angola always claim they do not have change when you are making a payment especially if they see you are a foreigner.Happened to me two times and the second time i had to ask the driver to look for change. Heetch needs to provide an electronic way of making payments and not just cash.
