I got unauthorized charges from HBO MAX. I reported them. They first said me we have submitted your refund. After waiting more then 15days. I contact them back still you haven't submit any sort of refund. Also subscriptions are active on my google play store. Now they stop responding. I contact them on old case number. As well i started new cases several times. but everytime i email them. They send old copy paste responce. Refund has been submitted contact google directly. But still they haven't refunded that mutiple charges.

Terrible streaming service. Poor quality, has changed for the worst over the years. Additionally was meant to have a discount for 3 months but charged full price, support options almost non existent.

This is ridiculous 3 sets off adds all 5sets of ads in each all 10-30 seconds long unwatchable.

Part of cultural imperialism effort

They make you rewatch ads to Rewind and fast forward. Total scam functions. I will be canceling hbo max because of this supposed glitch.

The cycling highlight packages are a joke. Stopping half way through the event total lack of editorial thought and atchualy unwatchable. So bad I've left.

Not worth it unless you pay for ad free content. You watch six minutes at content then three minutes of commercials takes you hours to get through one movie! On top of that, subconsciously they push their views, political agendas & what they think is right and wrong, like we're stupid. Instead of just plain entertainment and mixed content for everyone.

Hbomax has too much control on where, when, how and my sharing streaming! I pay $230 a year....so I should be able to stream like Netflix, Amazon or STARZ allows me to. I hope bankruptcy is for Hbomax!

3 stars for good shows and films but im deleting my subscription based on how awkward it is to use. Loading times are absurd and simple things like fast forwarding and rewinding are way to hard, try to go back a few second and you end up spending 5 minutes getting back to where you were.

Plus the greed to constantly advertise your shows before something I want to watch. It needs to stop if someone wants to watch a show or film of your they will simply watch it

I can't watch anything because every minute there is a 3 minute ad, I don't pay for this to watch ads the whole episode. I got a 20 minute show with 40 minutes of the exact same ad repeating, like come on guys up in corporate hbo. We're already paying for this, cut some of the bs.

The TNT sports subscription is ridiculously expensive and for that money, you get almost as much ad time as sports time.

They had a good service. Worth paying for too.
But then they let pirates use their service to advertise. Just like all the greedy people in this life.
Its pretty much just all ads now. Not worth the bother of buying

Got the bundle can't even get on hbo try to get help no luck on the bundle deal hulu works n disney plus works why not hbo max this to me is no star 🤔 rate I think I should cancel it and go only hulu n disney I love hbo max if it was working it would be 5 star rate to me but its not working

The more i say i am not intrested in this the more i get show the same sort stuff. All i want is films and series not real life stuff about killers or people in prison. If they make it into a film and it's a Film and not a docU made out to be a film i may be intrested. And cartoons I am 65 years old and do not watch cartoons. Yet i rated a few as not intrested. So they would stop telling me. i may be intrested in this cartoon. NO! NOT INTRESTED! or EVER WILL BE! I am not a child and adult ones are for big Kids.

Now if i could block all cartoons all DocU's (thats a hint for them if they read this)

I like the movie selection they have, usually wait to see it on HBO Max instead of going to the theater. Pretty good movies and shows, and you can even watch in another language!

The number and frequency of ads is unacceptable. Even though this is a with ads service, it’s still a paid for service, but it has as many ads a free to view service.

HBO is a streamer of last resort, and not worth the money.
