It was quite easy to assemble as everything was in nicely packed boxes. It's really solid and that allows me not to worry about my daughter at all while we are doing some house renovations.

The quality of the ladder was really great, and the ability to change it into different forms has been a lot of fun for our little climber!

Very durable and very easy to assemble. There is a lot of space for my son to play in and I will definitely assemble it in the backyard during the summer months!

I purchased a wooden playpen from
happy gira for my daughter. It has been great to have an aesthetic and safe playpen for her. We’ve had it about a year and it’s held up great. I intended on using it as a gate as well but it’s a little annoying to take apart so I’ve left it assembled as a playpen. The initial assembly took longer than I would like but the quality was great. Would recommend!

We accidentally threw away the mounting devices for our baby gate. They are sending us another set. Very excited about this Company. We have an 11 month old grandson and a granddaughter arriving any day now. I’m starting to look at the play pin set ups and the stair slide for future fun times at our house. People may not realize this but it’s a competition for fun when your a grandparent😂

I must say, I am totally happy with the Kick & Hoop Baby Playpen; it suits our living space well and doesn't look like something unpleasant, and there is enough space inside for my baby to crawl and play with all their toys and balls.

This one was for my son and his wife as my grandson took his first steps recently and this one is the perfect size for their living room; they've been saying thanks a million times.

Absolutely crazy about this playpen. Purchased the 80x80 one and the extra space is really helpful when I need to quickly lock my daughter up in it and get some work done.

We purchased the Kick-Hoop playpen and have been extremely disappointed. Several of the thin metal poles arrived dented, it rusts easily, and it’s flimsy and difficult to assemble. The soccer net is practically useless and constantly gets tangled in our Roomba.
Customer service has been even worse. There is no phone number, so you can’t speak to an actual human. After months of trying to send photos and get replacement poles, we were ultimately told it was “past warranty”—despite only using it for a couple of months.
For the price, the quality is unacceptable. Save your money and go to Target. Buy the baby delight travel playard. It's better Woodley.

Nice playpen! We needed an unusual size, and this was one of the few options to really customize the layout. Customer service was responsive and helpful when we needed a replacement piece.

I purchased one of the playpens from this company mainly because of the reviews. I also purchased a mat to go with the playpen. Products arrived within 3 days and I was pleased with the quick shipment. However the package did not include installation instructions. You have to go to the website to look up the instructions. It was very cumbersome to install and too large. It was also very flimsy and not sturdy as you see on the website. I contacted the company the same day I received the product for an address to return the product to. They requested videos which I sent to them. They refused to accept the product back and rather credited my account with $5, which I think is very insulting. I was within the 30 day period for returns. We have been going back and forth for the last 3 months and they still never provided an address to return their product. They claim returns are only for defective items even though the wording in their return policy is erroneous. How do you purchase a big ticket item that you are not able to examine first online and not be able to return it in this day and age? And the customer service is extremely poor. Beware of this company and their products. The playpens are not sturdy and installation and disassembly is inconvenient. I will have to dispose of the product somehow.

I was looking for a Baby Playpen for my grandson and happened across Happy Gira. I was pleased to see so many options for both the playpen and the cushion. I chose the Instant Setup Portable Playpen and have to say it was a near perfect choice. It took less than two minutes to set-up and to take-down. My grandson loved it and the amusement part cushion. I had a couple of questions regarding my order and the customer service folks were very responsive.

Great experience while ordering the product and fast delivery. We ordered the tower for toys ( plush toy rack). When the item arrived, I was impressed with superb quality and great design. My kids absolutely love it as it looks unique and they can see every toy in the rack!

Horrible experience with the company. The playpen arrived was missing pieces and of a flimsy quality making it unsafe for a child to use. You find better quality on Temu for a much smaller price. I’m trying to return the item, and the company is giving me the runaround. Do not buy from them. They are an absolute fraud.

The wooden playpen has been a great addition to our home and gives a safe space for our little one to play. I give 4 stars because it took quite awhile to configure it in a way that makes sense as there are NO instructions for what order to put the pieces. Because I ordered a rectangular shape, I had to redo the configuration multiple times so that when it folds up, the pieces are somewhat level. Otherwise, it became very long, awkward, and hard to put away. It was trial and error to get this right, but otherwise now works great for our family.

My play pen arrived later than what was told. I received a letter apologizing about the delay but said it was on its way. It arrived past the event date that i needed it so I ordered from a company who could deliver on time. When my Happy Gira playpen arrived I asked to process a return. They said it arrived within the time frame allowed and would not process a return. Horrible customer service. Horribly late shipping times. Horrible company to deal with. Go anywhere else to buy a playpen!

I ordered tree nests for my summer camps to make a cool hangout spot with hammocks and these. One was enclosed. Zipper was damaged and no bug screen as promised in the description and photos. Customer support is giving me insulting AI generated replies of partial refunds. Ive asked for them to call me or give me my money back. No way to reach a real customer service representative. Worst experience ever and they stole over $400 for garbage products. Im upset this company is allowed to steal from people. Do not use them. Buyer seriously beware.
