Great experience, fast delivery and good materials

We could buy the exact part we needed and was delivered very quickly

The customer service and communication was very good. The shipping took a while but everything showed up undamaged and well protected. The quality was very good for the price point. I didn't get any custom designing on the fairings so I can't talk about that, but I will definitely test it out with another fairing set in the future!

The product had arrived a month late however everything was amazing quality and if I ever need fairings in the future, I’ll definitely order from here

I ordered fairing kit from this place and first of all they say you can track your order through shop app but it still says waiting for details.... So after 5 days or so I emailed Amotopart and asked them what's going on with my package and does it have a tracking number yet? They emailed me back the next day and gave me a tracking number and said to track it on China post. I did and it wasn't giving me anything since the 7th of July saying it was moving through China. Then on the 13th of July it says that it's moving in Sweden and on this same day they emailed me this We expect an update within a week
Would you be open to waiting a little longer if we provided a 5% discount as a gesture of goodwill. Now it says my package was delivered on July 16th to recipient address in Sweden. I don't live in Sweden and I didn't put in a Sweden address. I am an us citizen always have been and always will be so why didn't my package come to my address but it says it's been delivered?

Order 9 days ago and my product still hasn’t shipped. This isn’t what consumers want. Should’ve been communicated up front.

Ordered farings June 19 however was notified after the order that it would be approximately 3 months untill received which was not the timing mentioned on their website. Requested a cancellation and refund however it is now July 14th and still waiting a refund. Very poor customer service with only getting a reply every few days with a different response. IE. Would you like to change you order to a different item, would you keep your order if we offered a % discount, etc. each time being told that I have already ordered from a different site, already received new farings and would just like a refund since the order has been cancelled. Worst customer service I have ever delt with! Will be reaching out to my bank for a charge reversal.

Quality part, got what I expected with the order. Took a bit longer than I wanted. I wish there was an option to pay for quicker shipping. Sometimes it’s nice to get something you need than waiting on ground shipping.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company from start to finish.

The ordering process was frustrating because communication was extremely slow and vague. Simple questions often took one to two days to receive a response, making conversations that should have taken a few minutes drag on for over a week. I even provided my phone number multiple times and asked someone to call me so we could resolve my questions quickly, but that never happened.

During the ordering process, I was told that if I switched to a different set of fairings, I could receive them sooner. This immediately raised concerns because it made me wonder whether I was being offered a returned, canceled, or otherwise unwanted set. I repeatedly asked why I was being offered a different set that appeared to be the same product, but I never received a clear explanation.

I was also given vague estimates about production and shipping. More than 30 days passed without any tracking information, and while I was still waiting for my order, I was again asked if I wanted to switch to another set. The entire process lacked transparency, and I was left guessing about the status of an expensive purchase.

When the fairings finally arrived from Chico, CA, the quality was unacceptable. Nearly every piece had cosmetic defects. There were specks of different colors trapped under the clear coat, debris embedded in the paint, and areas that appeared to have been handled before the paint had fully cured, leaving visible imperfections. Every panel had some type of flaw, indicating poor quality control. Based on the condition of the finish, I have very little confidence that the paint will hold up over time.

After inspecting the fairings, I requested a refund. Since then, I have not received a meaningful response, and the company has stopped replying to my emails altogether. Ignoring a customer after they report legitimate quality concerns is unacceptable and has only made an already frustrating experience worse.

Overall, the customer service was poor, the communication was slow and unclear, the product quality was far below expectations, and the company has failed to address my refund request. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company.

Very good product, good Price and Short delivery time

Placed this order about 3 months ago. I got a confirmation email that it was ready and being shipped out, got a tracking number and waited. And waited… and waited more… until i checked my order two months later and they hadn’t even given my order to the carrier. It was probably sitting in some warehouse off to the side and nobody cared to check it. STILL has not arrived but at least they were quick responding to my emails about the situation.

DO NOT BUY THERE! I just got mirrors for my bike and they arrived faulty/damaged.I have e mailed company for them to replay to me that this damage does not effect using it…LIKE…You ok?!they offer me 5% them 8% discounts and basically if I don’t want it they will charge me 30% fee for sending it back and I have to pay to send it back too… What a joke. I wanna return item because if is faulty,not because I have changed my mind.

Ordering from the website was easy, and communication was good throughout the process. The only issue at the beginning was that my credit card company mistakenly flagged the transaction as suspicious or fraudulent, so I had trouble using my card.

The biggest disappointment came after I received the fairings for my Ducati 998. They guarantee a perfect fit, but that wasn’t the case. The fairings don’t align properly, and one of the large side vents hits the battery, making it impossible to install them correctly.

They offered me a 50% refund, which I appreciated. However, the credit card I used for the purchase is no longer active, and they refused to send the correct fairing or issue the refund by another method, such as a check. Unfortunately, that leaves me with a set of fairings that I can’t use.

Other than that, the ordering process and communication were good, but the fitment issue and the lack of a reasonable refund solution were disappointing.

Amotopart.com has great customer service and is very easy to get a hold of if you have any issues which is a rare thing these days. I will definitely buy from them again.
