I purchased a rear seat cowl for my Kawasaki Ninja 650, but unfortunately the product does not fit properly.
There is a large gap and the cowl is very loose. I already removed the original bracket and installed the rubber pieces provided with the package, but it still does not lock in or sit securely.
I even took it to a motorcycle mechanic to have it checked and installed but they fitted it the same way I did and confirmed that it was still loose.
What makes this experience even more disappointing is the customer service. I provided all the photos and videos they requested to clearly demonstrate the problem, but they continued replying as if they did not believe me or as though I had installed the product incorrectly. I kept providing the evidence they asked for, yet the issue was still not properly acknowledged.
Despite all this evidence, they are only offering me 15% compensation and telling me to sell the item myself. What kind of solution is that? I purchased this product because it was advertised as fitting my motorcycle, and it clearly does not.
I do not want 15% compensation, and I am not going to sell a faulty/poorly fitting product to someone else. I simply want to return the item and receive a FULL REFUND!!!
Very disappointed with both the product quality and the way my complaint was handled. I would not recommend this product or this seller.
Fairings came neatly wrapped and I'm good shape. Paint quality was excellent. They even took pictures of the process and kept me updated. Definitely will be buying again for my other bikes.
I ordered a set of fairings for my 2009 Suzuki GSX650F in May of this year, and they arrived in August. The long wait time would have been acceptable if the fairings were decent or workable, but unfortunately, they were neither.
The molds themselves were completely wrong for my bike. None of the mounting holes lined up even remotely close, and the overall fitment was terrible. On top of the structural issues, the finish quality was awful—featuring widespread paint transfer on every single painted panel and a ludicrous amount of orange peel in the clear coat.
After documenting all of these issues with photos, I contacted their sales team. Since the fairings do not fit at all and are unrepairable, I requested either a 75% to 100% refund or a replacement set with the defects addressed.
Instead of honoring their OEM fitment guarantee, their customer support offered a maximum of a 20% refund and suggested that I either fix the fairings myself or sell them locally. They claimed that because the set is "handmade instead of mass-produced using standard factory molds, minor deviations may exist."
Neither option they offered is viable. Expecting me to repair major manufacturing defects on a new product is unreasonable. Furthermore, I cannot in good conscience resell a set of unsafe, defective fairings to another rider, nor would they fetch enough to cover my financial loss.
All in all, this has been an awful experience. Given the terrible product quality and poor customer support, I would NEVER recommend these fairings to anyone.

Extremely long wait with zero updates.very bad paint job with paint flaking off in some spots,
grinding marks everywhere under the paint, tape still under some edges that can’t be removed because it will pull more paint off,bad fitment, with holes that won’t line up and don’t even fit the bolts, the bolt kit is garbage,it doesn’t have the right bolts and not enough parts to complete the job,no fixings at all to attach the screen(the screen they sent was extremely poor quality, the top edge wasn’t even straight and looked like it had been cut with a hacksaw)missing parts(they told me to just use my old ones, when I asked for them to be sent!!)very bad company very bad product

The customer service Is wonderful and proactive, and the fairings were perfect.
For the most part everything is solid fairings for nicer then my monster fairing ones only downside I had to this whole order it it took ages to get here but what’s fine “also 1/3 the price”
They false advertisement. Saying its free customization but when u ask for them to customize they say ya its 70$ but their website clearly says free.

Easy to order… than appeared the fairing with logo sold out, with logo 2 weeks extra to ‘repaint’ it. After it’s painted en sent it takes more than 30 working days to be delivered. In total two months after ordering it arrived from China: it’s not an American company! Songfenjie.. and the decals are just stickers, without extra layer paint as promised: why took this three weeks extra?! Next time just buy on Aliexpress directly, saves money amd time.
Not mounted yet… hopefully this will be seemless 🫣

Order the rear seat cowl for my wife’s bike and it looked great. Matched the color perfectly and fits amazingly. Will most likely order a new fairing kit for my 2012 Honda CBR 1000RR in the off season
Ordered at the end of May, arrived mid July UK which I didn't mind and had forewarning of that. Kept updated via email through the production process and then delivery. Tracking worked well and it was good to see it coming round the world.
On arrival, opened the well packaged box and everything I needed was there! Took about a day to put it together. I was worried regarding some of the holes, but with the regular bushings, fitted perfectly. There's only two issues, which are tiny, and unless you are looking at that one particular place closely, no-one would notice.
I've actually been so impressed, I'm actually considering getting another set for the next year's riding (changing it like a dress).
Absolutely no issues.
The part I ordered was exactly what I needed.
Although there was a small issue with the product it was amicably resolved

The ordering and delivery process was good. The product quality is relative to the low cost so good value for money. But the fit is not good at all on the BMW R12G/S. The bracket where it bolts on closest to the seat is too narrow and wedges against the fairing plastics just below the seat. I have had to tape it to protect it. This is a fairly significant design fault.
Ordered fairings and a couple of days later they send me a email saying there will be a 40-50 day turnaround. Therefore I requested a refund, they tell me THEY CAN ONLY REFUND 5% of ORDER TOTAL. They originally state a 25-35 day turnaround. Real bad business and would like my full refund.
