Poor customer support!
I got the 8”Android Rear Screen for my Tesla. Good quality and looks good but most of the apps don’t work. Can’t access Google Play to update apps, YouTube won’t let me accept cookies, Netflix doesn’t load. Contacted customer service and had initial response but silence since. I won’t be buying from Tesery again and will seek compensation via my credit card company.

Ordered a touch horn new yoke for 550. No communication, nothing in order history (order not found). Then a month later a used regular push horn yoke (est less than 100 on ebay) shows up straight from China. This is not a local company. If you order, use a credit card so you are protected. Scam.

The headlight I purchased arrived damaged most likely caused during shipping. I contacted Tesery, and they offered a replacement, but I had the Tesla Service Center install the OEM headlight. Tesery promptly provided a full refund. Very content with their customer service.

Great customer service from Tesery. I needed just one replacement wheel cover rather than buying another full set, so I contacted them directly. Julia was really helpful, arranged the correct replacement for me and kept me updated throughout. Really quick and friendly service. Very happy with how they dealt with it 👍🏻

Fantastic product (Tesla model 3 under-shades) and service.
Incorrect colour clips sent but the customer service team were great in arranging for the replacement parts to be sent promplty.
High recommended the product and company.

I’m very happy with my experience with Tesery. The NovaPads mattress has been a great addition to my Tesla Model Y and worked really well during my road trip across Europe.

This company is not trustworthy. They respond only when I got VISA involved to block the payment. I’m still waiting for my refund almost 2 months later.

I ordered three products and unfortunately received the wrong item for one of them. It took some time to get a response and receive the correct product, but in the end everything was resolved and overall I’m happy with my purchase. I’d also like to thank Rio for his help and for resolving the issue.

I’m always nervous ordering from overseas… I’ve been burned before by unscrupulous retailers who disappear after they are paid and / or the products do not meet your expectations. Tesery.com was not one of them. After the local courier (Canada Post) lost my package Tesery was immediately communicative, as is I was dealing with a trusted shop down the street. They showed sincere concern, went out of their way to fix the situation and left me a really, really happy customer. Despite the delay I’m really pleased with my experience…. This company is a class act with real people behind it. Order with confidence.

STAY AWAY!!!

Bought the carbon dashboard and door covers for my Tesla.
Arrived and the dashboard piece doesn't fit at all.
They offered a 20 dollar gift card thinking this is acceptable for an unusable product that cost over 180!
Asked I to return the products as the dashboard cover has a defect, and I'm not exactly going to use the door covers alone.
They said they would provide the returns address once they had seen the products packaging, which I sent over and they then stopped responding!

Should have checked the reviews prior because I don't think I'm the only one!

Overall a happy experience. There was a major issue with one of the Model Y roof racks and Tesery eventually replaced it at no charge.

I also purchased another 3-in-1 charging unit which was not ad advertised and they credited me for that so am happy to report that they stand by their products.

They sent me double quantities which I verified I ordered the correct quantities when I placed order .. they doubled products and charged me
The sun shade smelled like death
Nobody ever responded literally no customer service..if your ok with giving money away then shop with Tesery , but I’d recommend just sticking with official Tesla products or make sure they are a reputable accessory company

Great product, quick service

Just purchased the rear entertainment screen for model 3 doesn’t work plugged in and fan stayed on constantly. Ask for return and refund wanting evidence which means stripping rear out again and plugging it in to take pictures. Wouldn’t buy anything again. Be warned people waste of money can’t be bothered with returns but please don’t fall for these garbage retrofit screens.

I recevied the wrong product but then I made a complain and I received the correct one. And they didn´t even request me to give back the wrong one. Excellent service. Thank you Tesery, wish you best sucess
