I purchased the Version 2 OEM-style gear shift stalk kit for my North American Tesla Model Y Juniper RWD Long Range. The product itself appears to function electrically, but the installation documentation and support have been completely unacceptable.

T-Launch sells Version 1 and Version 2 as different versions of this product, yet I have been unable to find a complete Version 2 installation video or Version 2-specific instructions. The installation video provided by T-Launch does NOT match the construction of my vehicle.

This isn’t a minor cosmetic difference. My Model Y has different footwell/trim construction and knee-airbag assemblies in areas where the harness needs to be routed. The video shows panels being removed and wiring routed in ways that simply do not correspond to my vehicle. I eventually had to consult Tesla’s actual service documentation just to understand why panels shown popping off in T-Launch’s video would not come off my car.

I spent hours on what was presented as a DIY installation, partially disassembled my vehicle, bruised/cut my fingers trying to follow the provided instructions, and ultimately reached a point where I was unwilling to improvise cable routing around SRS/airbag components without proper instructions from the manufacturer.

I contacted T-Launch for help during their advertised business hours while my vehicle was apart and did not receive a timely response. Their website says inquiries may take up to 24 hours to receive a response. That is not meaningful installation support when a customer’s vehicle is sitting partially disassembled.

Most frustratingly, this isn’t a brand-new product that was released yesterday. If T-Launch sells a distinct Version 2 for vehicles whose construction differs from the vehicle demonstrated in their installation video, they should provide complete Version 2 instructions showing every required step, particularly safe harness routing around the vehicle’s SRS components.

Their own website also does not appear to provide customers with an obvious way to submit a product review, which is why I am posting my experience here.

The stalk may work, but a DIY automotive product is not just the hardware in the box. Accurate instructions for the exact version being sold are part of the product. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this kit to other Version 2 Model Y Juniper owners unless and until T-Launch publishes complete, vehicle-appropriate installation documentation.

There are very few options for someone with a 2026 Tesla Y Performance to install neck supports that will fit the one piece sport seats. These do, and feel great. Unfortunately there is no way to hide a strap on the backside of the seat, but I believe this is a better option than the plastic vice grip design that could damage the seats. The color match for the white is not perfect but acceptable. I am very pleased how they fit and feel.

I wouldn't even give this company ONE star. My starlink holder arrived bent and now it's not possible to be installed. I requested a refund and provided photos as proof. "Joe" says it's not damaged. IT'S CLEARLY DAMAGED. This company has changed their name at least once before and beware! They ship from CHINA. NOWHERE on their website does it state "shipments are from China". I want my money back.

I purchased rings for my truck to cover up some of the chrome that was damaged on my wheels. I installed them following the instructions that were given. They looked great and I was happy with my purchase. after about 3 days one of the rings came off and it was gone. I contacted Teslaunch and explained what happened, they asked me to send them some pictures. After reviewing the photos that agreed to send me a replacement ring fee of charge. Now that is excellent customer service.

I ordered seat covers from Teslaunch expecting a quality product and a straightforward customer service experience. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

The biggest issue came when I tried to get help with a refund and return. After raising the problems and asking how to return the product, Teslaunch eventually stopped responding to my messages, leaving me without a proper resolution.

I was also very surprised to discover that the product is shipped from China, despite the impression I had when ordering that this was a more domestic operation. I subsequently found what appear to be the exact same seat covers on Chinese marketplaces for a fraction of the price.

Had I known the products were available directly from Chinese marketplaces at such a significantly lower price, I would never have paid the Teslaunch price.

I’m not against companies sourcing products from China — the problem for me is the lack of transparency, significant markup, and the customer service experience when I tried to return the product and obtain a refund.

Ultimately, I was left with a product I wasn’t happy with, a refund/return request that wasn’t properly dealt with, and then no response from the company.

I strongly recommend doing your research before ordering and checking whether the same products are available elsewhere for considerably less.

Ordered a Storage compartment for under the screen. expected a fast delivery turns out it just a dropship from china... I could hae ordered the same part from a chinese website directly and same 50% most likely be warned!!

Extremely slow shipping. I ordered a rear spoiler and expected it by 12 days or so but it’s already almost leading into one month. The tracking info they give is all in Chinese, and rarely updates.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Teslaunch.

Before the summer, I ordered a rear screen for my Tesla. After confirming that the screen had been completed, they asked me to wait another month before it could be delivered. I agreed to wait, but after that month passed, I tried countless times to contact them and received little to no response.

Eventually, after a huge amount of effort, I managed to get a refund. Even getting my money back was unnecessarily difficult. At that point, they told me they would let me know when the screen became available again.

Now, three months later, I can see that the screen is available on their website again. I have tried to contact them dozens of times, but they simply don’t respond.

The whole situation makes me feel that they may no longer want to honour the price we originally agreed on when I placed my first order. Instead of simply communicating with a customer and explaining the situation, they have chosen to ignore every attempt to contact them.

For me, this is completely unacceptable customer service. A company can have delays, stock problems, or production issues — that’s understandable. What is not acceptable is taking someone’s money, making them wait, being almost impossible to contact, making the refund extremely difficult, and then completely ignoring them when the product becomes available again.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Teslaunch. Very poor communication and extremely disappointing customer service.

Tesla model 3 performance low profile tyres I was concerned about kerbing and damaging the alloys. Purchased wheel protectors from T-Launch . These are a great product, highly recommend and have saved my front passenger side wheel. T-Launch provides a superb product with a prompt and efficient delivery. Would highly recommend.

If not for the lengthy delivery time would have been 5 stars...
