I am incredibly frustrated with my experience. I tried to cancel my subscription before the renewal date, but Humalingo still went ahead and charged me anyway. The cancellation process is misleading, and getting an unfair charge on my card is completely unacceptable. Customer support has not been helpful in resolving this billing issue. Save your money and be very careful with their subscription model. they will keep charging you even when you try to opt-out.
