Although the prescription itself is just fine, the frames hurt the bridge of my nose a bit and they seem rather large for my face, extending well beyond where I need them to be on the sides. That would not bother me, but the pain I feel on the skin of my nose does.

beware !!!never received my order. Company is a scam. There’s no phone number. I can’t get any help. I’m gonna play hell trying to get my money back.

I ordered bifocals and put in my total prescription and they were no bifocal lenses in my frame. I chose bifocal only and got nothing

With the ability to view or try on the glasses, really helped seal the deal for me. There were several pairs I had picked out, but once I tried on, that helped seal the deal.

Everything went wrong! It started with the wrong prescription to being used to send my glasses, hung up on twice by your phone system. Your rep transfer back into the queue to get hung up. Rep didn't send me the return label as she said she was. Had to do a live chat two days in a row. Now I have to wait for you all to void my insurance claim to get glasses to order another pair. At the end of all this, I still don't have glasses.

Glasses arrived broken. One lens was left sitting in the box. Forced to return 2 pairs of glasses now. Makes it hard to want to order from here again.
