Everyone was so nice and efficient in the Aiken, SC store! It was busy yesterday and the General Manager jumped in and helped!! One of their lens makers was also very nice and helpful!!! I truly enjoy getting my glasses here!! Keep rocking the customer service!

My granddaughter lost her glasses to the ocean. First visit to Eyemart Express. What a pleasant surprise. Mark (GM) took such great care of us. He was professional, efficient, and compassionate. The shipment took longer than other orders to be delivered and there is something wrong with the lens in that the right vision field is blurred as if the bifocal is higher on the right than the left.

My frames are cute but the workers seem so rushed. I let her know my right eye les was off and had me looking to the side. She said come back in 30 days if it still gives you problems. How could it not??? I live out of town and the thought of going in again was a lot. I used insurance and paid $100 for glasses I can’t wear. I won’t go there again.

Went in needing new frames for my glasses the lady helped me out getting new frames in 10 minutes

I was helped by Amanda in Oshkosh. She took very good care of me. Came in to EAA and my frame snapped off last night. Got new glasses and frames since I had an eye exam about 2 months ago - good timing! Great service, pricing & quick service!

I went in to pick up a copy of my script to get safety glasses through my company only to be told that it's a Hippa violation to do that. I literally just bought glasses there a month ago. This place has seriously gone downhill in the past few years. I watched an elderly man wait for over 20 minutes to get a screw put in because the employees had to finish their conversation. The store was empty. Rude, poorly trained staff.

Never been to Eyemart Express before. Son and I looking for frames in Eugene Oregon. Walked in the door and was immediately asked for our insurance and prescription. I said we were just here to look at frames and if we find a pair we are interested in then we can proceed with that information. We looked at frames had a question or two and went to the front counter to ask. The person behind the counter was not serving anyone but seemed to be doing some sort of job related task with paperwork. The both of us politely waited for her to finish... we waited.... and waited... Other employees became free to do something else... we waited.. we walked towards a seemingly available employee and they diverted to doing something else behind the counter. We went back to our place standing directly at the front counter. No one made eye contact or attempted to serve us. We waited... It seemed like a weird dream. It felt like we had made some sort of mistake by not wanting to dive into insurance and prescription without knowing if we were going to buy anything or not. It seemed like we had short circuited the system and became invisible. We left. Not once did any one say hey we will be with you in a minute or anything at all. Very strange. What would they have done with our insurance and prescription information if we had nothing to purchase???

Price was fair. Service was great. Make sure to know your pupillary distance though software is very slow.

If I had know my glasses were coming from a store over 1,000 miles away that shipped them by the slowest USPS way I would have never ordered them one line. The tracking is poor at best and I still don’t know when I will receive my glasses. Communication is poor. There is a store 25 miles from where I live so have them come from a store 1,000 miles away makes little sense. Never again will I order online.

Glasses are exactly what I ordered! Great value great craftsmanship. Quick delivery on a complex Rx. I will probably buy another pair soon. Very happy. 😊

I ordered my prescription glasses and frames online and selected to pick them up from the store in Waco, TX on Bosque; I had to wait one hour in the store just to pick up these glasses. I don’t understand why you don’t have a self check in kiosk system and/or some type of locker or pick up system, for people that just want to come in and pick up their glasses. No one should have to wait that long for a pick up order; if anyone needs assistance then they can ask for assistance, but that is the worst kind of customer service to offer.
