Fast shipping, great product!

I purchased a personalized 14K gold name necklace with a birthstone from Gelin Diamond as a very special birthday gift for my wife, celebrating the birth of our first granddaughter, Audrey. What should have been a meaningful keepsake turned into a tremendous disappointment.

The necklace I received looks nothing like the beautiful piece advertised on their website.

The nameplate is unbelievably tiny, and the craftsmanship is extremely poor. The letters are so badly formed that the name is barely legible. The interior openings of letters such as the "d" and "e" are completely filled in, making them look like solid, distorted shapes rather than properly formed letters.

The birthstone is even worse. It is so minuscule that you can barely tell it exists. The photographs on their website give a completely different impression of the necklace's proportions, lettering, and gemstone.

I understand that fine jewelry can be delicate, but there is a difference between delicate and practically invisible. What I received falls far short of what was advertised.

What makes this especially upsetting is that this wasn't an ordinary purchase. It was intended to celebrate a once-in-a-lifetime family milestone. I trusted Gelin Diamond's photographs and product presentation, and I feel completely misled.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Gelin Diamond. The difference between the advertised necklace and the actual product is unacceptable.

If you are considering purchasing personalized jewelry from this company, be very cautious. Do not assume that what arrives will resemble the enlarged, beautifully detailed photographs on their website.

Quality appears to be excellent. Description by product photo should include the item dimensions upfront. Important details only included deeper in the complete description. Cover photo makes item appear several times larger than actual item.
