Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I requested a cancellation, but the process was not straightforward and I had to contact customer service to get clarification. The cancellation policy is also quite restrictive, especially for such an expensive purchase. I expected a much smoother and more customer-friendly experience when spending this much money. I would think twice before ordering again.

Resizing damage
Poor experience with Angara, sent engagement ring back to be resized and when it was returned to us it had a cut in the band and was very dirty.
Don’t know how this was possible, surely rings get inspected after resizing.
Reading other reviews I’m starting to think I’ve been scammed, is the ring even what the authenticity cert says?

Beautiful Rings
I had been left money in my late mother’s estate and as I struggled to wear the ring she left me (too emotional) I thought I’d buy one instead - but ended up buying two. The diamond crossover ring I ordered was beautiful but too tight due to the design of the ring, Angara offer a free size up service which they kindly did for me. I also ordered a cushion cut aquamarine and diamond ring, I chose the heirloom stone as it was the deepest colour however when it arrived it was much paler than I’d anticipated. Customer services offered to change the stone, even sending me a photo of the stone they’d found to check it was ok. I’ve now got the ring back and it was worth the wait as it’s like looking into the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. A massive thank you to Sam Stevens in customer services who is an extremely helpful and patient person, I really did appreciate it.

Brilliant service to design a custom ring to match my engagement ring
I got my engagement ring from Angara a couple of years ago - I love it. When it came to getting a wedding ring, I wanted to go with Angara to match the 14ct gold. I originally bought a ring from the website but when it arrived I didn't feel it matched my engagement ring. When I contacted Angara to return the ring they were extremely accommodating and asked whether they could help design a custom ring to match my engagement ring. I spoke with the team and decided that this would be a good option for me. The customer service was absolutely brilliant with very regular updates from Rushi and colleagues and fast turnaround times. They designed and delivered the custom ring within 4 weeks. I'm thrilled with the result and can't wait to wear it once I am married. Thank you to the Angara team.

My experience was amazing, everything from picking the ring to it arriving at a FedEx drop off location. Customer service was quick and ordering the ring was so easy. When I received the package and opened it up, I was blown away. The package was absolutely beautiful and the ring looked amazing. Absolutely excellent customer service.
