Bought an engagement ring worth £4100. Was supposed to be delivered 16th October. Brilliant Earth have acknowledged that it wasn't delivered, but have failed to issue a refund. Highly recommend against using these jewelers.

I have several pieces from brilliant earth, a widows ring(engagement ring with 2.21ct lab diamond), sol bangle, Jane Goodall Huggies, aquamarine hoops. I have found all of my items to be of very high quality and sturdy. I will note none of my items are pave or have halos/small stones.

While more expensive than other options online I believe it’s worth it for the truly unique designs with thoughtful details.
