I shop only online with Flannels and overall it’s been a great experience. I’ve had a couple of small issues in the past, but customer service resolved everything quickly and professionally, which really impressed me. Orders arrive fast, beautifully packaged, and the items are always exactly as described. Their online selection and sale prices make luxury shopping easy and enjoyable.

Ordered Saturday come Sunday great delivery service even told what time delivery was. Hubby was pleased with his new trainers

Delivery cost £6.00 and I tried to cancel the order but it arrived. it then cost £6.99 to return - other brands do not cost as much as this. I have made a note not to buy anything from Mike Ashley owned companies as they all charge high prices for delivery and returns. Only purchase if it's worth it including postage and you are likely to keep it.

Just purchased a shirt that was a medium in size which on there size guide should be a 38-40 when it arrived the chest size is 46 but still states that it’s a medium, have to send it back which again has a return cost of £4.99 and on top of the delivery cost £11.99 for 48 hr, not sure if I will order again

Couldn't believe how quickly my order arrived. Ordered late Saturday and arrived Sunday! Also a far better price than anywhere else I had seen for my Barbour Carville jacket. Lovely modern style wax jacket.

Bought trainers a week ago waiting for order confimation
They had off whites on sale for over a year but there all sold out and they dont know if they will be getting aby more is what they told me so i can either wait or refund the 2 problmes is they wouod of never infomred me if i didnt follow up
And they have the cheek to tell me to wait to see if they ever get them again so just held onto my money pribably to invest and make more theis is a scamming company

I then needed to return 1 item that was to big again getting ripped off for postage when I could’ve just returned it to the store but you don’t offer that service all in all I will not be ordering anything from flannels again

Great delivery - very speedy with just standard delivery- Ordered at 12pm on a Saturday and the trainers were delivered by midday on Sunday . Ordered 3 pairs of trainers - Great discounted price, good range too. Would highly recommend.
