Very poor experience! I ordered women's shorts but received men's boxer shorts and was still charged all these fees for returning the items. I paid $503 and only got back $360. I would never shop on this site again. Fyi, and the boxing looks like it's coming from China!

I Ordered A Stone Island Jacket And Never Received It

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Cettire. My order was cancelled twice, even though the item was still showing as available on the website. If the item is not actually available, customers should not be allowed to purchase it in the first place.

What made the situation even worse is that instead of refunding my money properly, the amount was transferred to a gift card that is disabled, meaning I cannot even use the money. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but it has taken far too long to get a response or speak to someone. Unfortunately, the communication has also been far from friendly or helpful.

Until today, I still have no proper solution and my money remains stuck. This is especially unacceptable considering that the amount involved is significant. I expected Cettire to take the situation seriously and provide a reasonable solution, but so far I have felt completely ignored.

I would strongly recommend improving the customer service, communication, and refund process. Cancelling an order twice, leaving the item available on the website, and then putting a significant amount of money onto a disabled gift card is simply not acceptable.

For my pair of shoes, Cettire listed the size in ITA ( Italian ) size. They have a size guide which gave the US size equivalent. Turned out to be inaccurate. When I enquired with customer service , they said the size conversion is just indicative, and i should have checked the brand website. What is the point of the conversion chart. And your customer service is terrible.

I was disappointed with the quality of the item I received. There were noticeable discoloration, marks, and damage on the bag, which I found quite concerning, especially considering the price. I was also disappointed that these issues were not identified during the quality control inspection before dispatch.

What made the experience less pleasant was that the initial compensation offered was only 5%, which made me feel that my concerns about the condition of the item were not being taken seriously. Although the compensation was later increased, the overall experience was still disappointing.

Given this experience, I don’t think I will be making another purchase from Cettire.

The prices may seem tempting, but I’m not convinced the products are genuine. FedEx delivery in Austria is absolutely terrible, and if you need to return something, you’ll have to pay €25 (!!!) for the return shipping. Definitely not recommended if you’re ordering from Austria — stay away!
