Lovely quality and fit trousers
Lovely quality and fit trousers. And very impressed that no extra price for next day delivery.
Also I had to return one pair of trousers because I had ordered the wrong length. It was very easy to make a return at the Cardiff Fat Face. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Excellent customer service
Delighted with the dress I purchased but later noticed a flaw in the material. On contacting customer services this problem was dealt with swiftly and professionally by a very helpful member of staff. It was arranged for me to receive a replacement dress the following day and I was advised of a convenient parcel shop to return the original dress. As promised the replacement dress arrived the following day. Very satisfied indeed with the way in which my issue was dealt with by FatFace.

Great choice of sale items
Great choice of sale items, unfortunately no linen trousers in the sale.
Returned a pair of chinos, just too hot to travel in. Shirts great for work and and holiday.
All round a great experience, just not a 5 star experience but a very strong 4.
Delivery was excellent to store, multiple e-mails telling me it was going.to.be late, but actually right on time.
