Do not bother to buy from Envoise. They do not have or adhere to their refund policy or 30 day money back guarantee. There are a fraudulent company, they have not giving me a refund for goods that I did not purchase, they sent the wrong items.
All they do is offer you a free exchange, which in my case they can’t even manage to do that. Chloe the manager just sends repeat emails. Just wasting more of my time.
Do not trust their website.
There are better companies out there that offer the same products with much better customer service.
They do not care about their customers, they just want your money.

The customer service is great! The jewelry is water resistant and is guaranteed for life! When parts are missing they send them to us immediately.
I'm already on my third order and I don't have to complain about the quality.

Items were lovely. Seem well made but time will tell. Items were stuck in transit for a long time and took around a month to be delivered but customer service communication during that time was response and polite.

Bought 2 necklaces both of them is nothing like the picture.. very bad quality and the chain itself very very thin not what I expected at all just waste of money it’s not good quality looks and feels very bad such a thin chain not happy at all , it didn’t match the product image, picture or description very very poor quality

I would give it a zero if I could, ordered then upon checking my order a week later not even despatched, when I emailed to ask I get sent a generic despatch note, nothings happened from that date, I've asked for a refund and told its impossible as they have despatched it, I think this company is one big con, don't buy from them

Great choice for everyday wear honestly. Simple design with an elegant look, not too bold either, though the finish feels pretty standard, nothing that really stands out.

Ordered two sets of jewellery in May. I had a notification it was delivered, yet I had not received anything. Made contact and was adviced that the courier had not given any proof of this delivery. So I had no idea where it was.
This was a gift and because the delivery had already taken so long I had missed the persons birthday so explained this and asked for a refund.
This went back and forth for days and basically they insisted on sending the items again. I kept explaining I would be making as return as this was no longer needed. I was asking on the returns process and they kept ignoring this question and saying make contact once I had received the items.
They finally arrived today and I made contact and basically you have to pay for returns to CHINA. So wouldn’t even be worth while returning. They have offered a 30% refund.
Honestly so shocked at this companies policies.
STAY AWAY!

I do not agree with your decision to refuse a refund for an order that I have not received. Whether the parcel has been shipped or is still in transit does not change the fact that I have paid for a product that has not been delivered.

You suggested that I contact Canada Post. However, when I call Canada Post, they require the appropriate shipment reference and information from the sender in order to investigate or locate an international parcel. As the seller, you are responsible for initiating that process and resolving any shipping issues.

Please do not shift that responsibility onto me. Under Canadian consumer protection laws, customers are entitled to receive the goods they paid for or be provided with an appropriate remedy if the goods are not delivered.

I am requesting that you either:

* Issue a full refund immediately, or
* Resolve this matter directly with the shipping carrier and provide a firm delivery date.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue all available remedies, including filing a dispute with my payment provider and reporting this matter to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

I expect your prompt response.

I bought a bracelet and earrings recently and when the bracelet arrived i couldnt get it to close shut over my wrist. I was more suited for a younger persons arm i would say. I contacted customer services regarding my issue and Chloe the customer service manager was fantastic from start to finish communicating with me at stage regarding my issue. I was given another item of my choice as goodwill and didnt have to return the original item
Not many companies offer a service like that so i will defo be a repeat customer and i will spread the word to others looking to buy trendy jewellery. Im 100% happy and her service was second to none(thats why shes the manager).Thanks again Chloe

Horrendous. Took over a month to deliver. Thet don’t take any accountability whatsoever for the delay. They won’t give any refund. I’ve had to follow up 11 times. Will NEVER buy from these people again because it’s more rage making that it is worthwhile. Awful.

The gold coloured jewellery is very dark yellow and brassy looking, and in my view is not very realistic of true gold. Also be prepared for long delivery times.

Order 2 bracelets one is ok the other is absolutely shocking quality. They come from china now both these bracelets I have are on hacco. One is £1.70 and the other is 3.00 I paid £40’and had one free. I’m so sorry i didn’t check hacco first. Because they are exactly the same even the same packet. I’ll never ever use this site again. And delivery takes forever and you never have the right tracking number. I’m sure they just give everyone the same to shut them up.
