Today I was depositing a couple of checks at the DCU on John Fitch Hwy and had a fantastic banking experience with Navin. He was very friendly and knowledgable. Great customer service!

Armani not only answered all of my questions but also provided an effective solution to my issue, all while maintaining a genuinely pleasant and professional demeanor. The level of service was exceptional. This was truly some of the best customer service I have ever experienced!

Nina was excellent. She not only helped me plan for reducing my credit card debt but she gave me the right guidance, was patient through out the 45 min call and solved my credit card debt effectively through a personal loan and keeping my credit card active so I can continue to use it

I was having trouble signing into my account. After explaining the problem things were narrowed down with my participation until it was discovered I mismarked an email as spam causing the problem. Problem was solved quickly, professionally, and to my complete satisfaction. You cannot ask for any thing more from customer service. I only hope Olivia answers next time I call.

A very personal experience was provided with accurate and detailed information. It was nice to discuss options directly with the service representative. I've been a member for over 30 years and look forward to continue the relationship.

No issues so far just open my account yesterday the operator was kind and helpful but I have read some of the reviews that wasn't favorable hopefully that will change.
