Very simple switching
Switched to this company due to good price, for one, but also the process was simple and without issue.
Also spoke to the customer services team about a query with NCD, and they were very helpful and resolved my query.

So far so good - never purchased car insurance from Darwin before, but all paperwork arrived in a timely manner and cost of car insurance quite reasonable.

Tried to con me!
This lot decided to try and charge me an extra £76 for a 'discrepancy' with my no claims discount. There was no discrepancy, I stated I had 3 years and my previous company issued a letter confirming this. Darwin just tried to claw some extra money out of me, pure and simple. The agent on the phone was unfriendly, unhelpful and sounded like a robot. I cancelled the policy immediately, I would heartily recommend you avoid this lot like the plague.
