While the premium was reasonable
While the premium was reasonable, I did not request auto renewal and when I got the renewal notification, the premium had increased such that I looked for another quote. I spoke to Darwin who said they would cancel the policy. I have since been hounded by them for a 48 pound cancellation fee. Very unhappy.

Silly question
it was very easy to sign up with Darwin and I received everything I needed very quickly - however all I have done is sign up and so I cannot yet rate them as an insurer overall and will not be able to unless I have to make a claim or have other dealings with them
