Knowledgeable, professional, and caring
Daniel made this entire process effortless and listened to my needs intently while assisting me with my decision. When I started my conversation, I was stressed and had no idea which Advantage plan I was going to use because my previous plan had gone up in price and did not really seem to care about me as a customer. After the call, I now have complete confidence in my decision and it’s all thanks to Daniel and his professionalism.
I was so pleased with the service. I asked him for his information in case I had to rate shop again in years to come. I just want to say thank you for the wish customer service that made me feel like a long time customer.
I was also pleased to find out. It’s not a once a year process Daniel let me know he would be there throughout the year to make sure everything was working for me.
