Amazing experience, I was worried to be problematic but opening and solving a claim was really smoth

Had a bit of a dodgy rental company, having charged me the full deposit for a superficial, surface "scratch". In the end I was forced to go though insurance with RentalCover. The claim process was very easy, their assessment and response took under 24hrs. Well worth the money!

The process was long but that wasn't your fault, that was the car rental fault in getting the information needed to process the claim but through it all you guys were courteous and very apologetic and that help eases the stress that comes with the wait.Thanks

We had some damage that was only discovered when we returned the vehicle, so we couldn't provide a precise explanation of how it happened—it was likely caused by poor road conditions affecting the undercarriage. I am writing regarding my previously approved and closed claim under reference TWE-2K8D-INS.Since the claim portal interface is locked/closed, I am unable to upload new documents directly through the platform. Furthermore, I have sent previous follow-up emails regarding this matter, but I have not yet received a response.Europcar has now officially issued the final compensation invoice and supporting breakdown documents regarding the roadside assistance and service charges associated with the exact same rental incident (RA: 159563367, Vehicle: BG25WXM), amounting to £456.71. As this final charge is fully covered under my policy terms for this incident, please manually update my existing file (TWE-2K8D-INS) with the attached documents and process the reimbursement for this final amount as soon as possible.

I contacted RentalCover.com when the car I rented on vacation was scuffed by another motorist, while it was parked. The other motorist did not leave any contact so the damage became my issue when I returned the rental car. I got an estimate to fix the car from the agency and filed the claim as soon as I had the information to provide. They are very clear about what is needed and it can be easily uploaded. Once I was charged, I was able to see quickly (within a week) what the settlement was and they sent the payment to my PayPal account. It was relatively easy and efficiently handled.

We have used RentalCover.com for years when hiring a car in Australia and overseas. We have never had to make a claim but it's knowing you have great cover if needed.

I purchased RentalCover protection for my car rental in Italy and unfortunately had to make a claim after accidentally damaging the rear bumper.

The entire claims process was straightforward. I submitted the required documents, and my claim was approved much faster than I expected.

What impressed me most was that the reimbursement was transferred directly to my bank account in Turkish Lira via FAST, and the money arrived almost instantly after approval.

Not only are the rates cheaper than at the rental agency they also have mo deductible and paid the claim in 2 days.
