After submitting our documents (claim, pictures and damage assessment from the rental agancy, our claim was processed and approved within a week and the funds were quickly transferred to our bank account.
The overall process took longer than expected because the rental agency took their time in producing the documents related to the repair of the vehicle (the rental agency A*** at first told me that it would take them 4-6 weeks to come up with an estimate and then came back a few days later that they facilitated it to 5 days and gave me 10 days to submit the claim or else charge my credit card. They proceeded to put on the charges on my CC anyway and declared that “the matter was closed on their end” - ‘excellent’ PR on their part!

Thanks to Rental Cover, I have recovered most of these expenses in a prompt, efficient and very business-like manner.
I would not hesitate using their services in the future.

I was totally let down by Centauro Lisbon and charged a extortionate amount for a tiny scuff on a wheel which was als-most certainly there on collection but not seen due to the size

I made a claim against this charge and it was excepted almost instantly with a apology for the delay of which there wasn't

Never pay for this type of stuff, but my wife was travelling with the 3 kids in a foreign country so i figured better be safe than sorry. Turns out she did damage the car quite badly about 2k EUR of damages.

Submitted docs to rentalcover and expecting a lot of push back additional doc requests etc etc. they asked for some additional info, i submitted, and then they approved it shortly thereafter. super smooth. will buy again.
