“I have been waiting for my order for more than a week and it still hasn’t been delivered. I have tried to contact the company several times, but I haven’t received any response. Have I been scammed by this company? Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from them.

Beautiful, fresh flowers that arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The peonies opened beautifully within a day. After two failed attempts with another online German flower company, I’m delighted to have found Blume Ideal. Highly recommended!

I ordered 2 bouquets from blumeideal.de. First one came late and the card I paid for wasn't even there (so the receiver didn't know who the flowers were from). The second one came 1 day earlier in a really bad condition. Very sad and a total waist of money.

Unreliable service. My sister never got her birthday bouquet on time. It was delivered only a couple of days later. There was no communication, explanation, or apology from the company, only a 10 euro voucher offered toward the next purchase. Why should I use their service again if they failed in the first place?

order number 20203586246 ordered two bouquets of roses and two orders of plants, the roses have arrived but not the plants! I have sent numerous emails and messages through their website and no one responds! Take note I also paid extra for what they call prioplus, the plants never arrived and they won't respond! Now it's either you refund me for those plants or you send them, otherwise I will be filing legal charges against your company! So they just responded after I have written this review, they are giving me the tracking number of one of the bouquet of roses, there were two tracking numbers, one for each of the bouquet of roses. They are trying to cheat me, they sent the roses and now utilises the same tracking number of those roses to make it appear that they have sent the plants that I have paid for! Germany is just a few km from where I live, I will file a police report against your company and check my legal options! YOU ARE THIEVES

Very disappointing experience! I ordered flowers for a birthday through their website, where they allow you to choose the exact delivery date. The whole point was for the flowers to arrive on time for a special occasion. However, the delivery did not arrive as promised, and the company simply said they are “not responsible” because DHL handles the shipping.

This is completely misleading — customers pay extra for flowers to be delivered on a specific date, and the company fails to deliver on that promise. They ruined an important occasion and did not provide proper compensation.

I do not recommend this service at all!

They looked really nice. On time delivered. Easy to use their site.

The order was delyed and the flowers are not fresh. I will not give as a gift to anyone I respect.

Arrived closed and died after 2 days.

Unbelievable. Ordered flowers 3 days in advance for delivery today for a friend Birthday, paid additional fee for “priority delivery” and now it’s showing that delivery is tomorrow. Never again. Such an unreliable service for flowers that should be delivered on time and fresh!

Customer Service lives in 2050. These people really care about their customers.
I ordered 50 roses bouquet 💐 😍 and was very fresh and delivered at the desired date.

One star is too good for this bad website/service. You wouldn't get your flowers on time even though you pay €5.99 for the delivery. They force you to use the super extra expensive option if you wish to get it on time, regardless whether you ordered 2 days or 10 days before. I have received mine 4 days after my selected date and when I asked them about this, they simply say it is my fault for choosing the "standard" service rather than the next day one. When I argued that's it is their fault because they sent the bouquet the day before after 19:00h, they ignore you.
Update: I have contacted the customer service as suggested by the company's answer before writing my review.
