Not delivered where they stated. Another failure by this sham company. Disgusting. Oh and Item can't be found.

I am very pleased with the store. The order was made from Bulgaria! A very large selection of bouquets and gifts! Very precisely written for each bouquet, when the delivery can be made! Literally from today to tomorrow, we had ordered the flowers! When they arrived, they were exactly the same as in the photos provided! I want to express my admiration that they had left a voice message where the bouquets were left, since unfortunately there was no one at the address at the time of delivery! Thank you very much!

The flowers were nice, but the delivery was a disaster. Delivered unsuccessfully on Friday 13h (working time for most people).
My girlfriend waited all Saturday for a note. Picked the dried out flowers up on Monday, 3 days later.

Even though the addressee was not home the flowers were put in a safe spot & the surprise effect was there. The flowers themselves were lovely. I had not realised there were even snapdragons in it. Love them.

I order a bouquet of flowers for a birthday, they even said they offered same day delivery, I thought they would rely on local florist like the say on their website. Long story short, on 24.06 I made the order so it could arrive on 04.07, THEY SENT THE FLOWERS THROUGH DEUTSCHE POST from a location that's almost 200 km away from the target location. It was not delivered when expected. Please look for a local florist or use liderando instead. Never use this cursed shop

After a un happy delivery 🚚, my cousin gets a new, and is really happy with the fresh flowers 🌺.

I ordered it from Sweden(from my boat on the Baltic Sea) and my daughter in Germany got the flowers at the right date and they were marvellous.23.06.

Delivery arrived one day later (June 16, 2026) than requested (June 15, 2026); furthermore, the €0 add-on item was missing.

The flowers were really small. It was a very small amount of flowers plus what i think is worse, they werent the same flowers like in the picture

The flowers were not delivered and they didn't offer a redelivery or refund. There was minor error in the nametag of the recipient's address so the delivery couldn't be done. But i requested for a redelivery even offering to pay extra for delivery charges but they wouldn't budge. I repeatedly asked to deliver the package even if the flowers were not as fresh but they refused to do that or provide a refund. The customer service is not cooperative at all. These flowers were supposed to be a surprise gift for my fiancé on his birthday but everything got ruined and they didn't provide any assitance at all. Just offered a 5€ voucher which is seriously infuriating. Poor service.. wouldn't recommend

the flowers were a bit dry and it was brought to the wrong place, into the diner instead of the diner office where my sister works

I live in the UK and ordered flowers as a birthday present for delivery in Germany. Great choice of bouquet and plant options, and my bunch of flowers was delivered on time with full tracking information available. Really nice touch that a small complimentary box of Lindor chocolates was included as an extra gift. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a bouquet for a wedding party on 11.06. to be delivered on 13.06. from Leipzig to Oberhausen, both cities in Germany. However waited till two hours before the end of 13.06. and the order wasn't delivered, so I canceled it and don't know if I'll get what I paid back!

I ordered flowers with vase red wrapping and the flowers were delivered in ordinary brown paper without a vase so the flowers would not die and when i contacted them about my order they gave me 5 euro off my next purchase and refunded the vase and wrapping money and that was it .absolutely worse people i have ever dealt with in my 62 yrs .stay away from them if you dont need stress

Ive ordered for the next day delivery. Ordered the flower on June 5 with extra gift on it to be deliver on June 6. But instead the shipment said that it will be delivered on June 8. It's so disappointing. I cant stop thinking about the flowers of how will they look like now. And it is already nonsense because the person that i want to gift the flowers to will leave for vacation on June 8. They turn a happy moment to disastrous. They give me stress instead of beautiful moment to think of.

Always on time and always beautiful flowers. I recommend this company to everyone. The customer service team are lovely.
