Ordered a few items over 2 weeks ago and was ready to cancel it as I had no reply to my email or couldn't get anybody on the phone either. Making a phone call to ZIP to cancel the order and have my money refunded seemed to have sped things up.....the lovely lady from customer service there got incontact with them and actually got a reply out of them. Yesterday I finally had an email saying that my order has been shipped.....yay!
