I bought multiple games from this website, and everything seemed fine at first. However, after a few months, all the accounts stopped working. I contacted customer support and received a replacement, but that account also stopped working after just one month.
To make matters worse, their customer service is horrible. The agents abruptly close the chat when you express frustration and offer no real assistance—it feels like they just want you to give up. Save your money and avoid this site.

No refunds and the worst Customer Service EVER
Avoid this company at all costs. Their after-sales service is completely non-existent. I requested a refund, and they flat out refused to cooperate, showing zero flexibility or respect for the consumer.
This is, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The support team is unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly has no interest in resolving issues or retaining customers once they have your money.
Buying from them is a massive risk. If anything goes wrong with your purchase, you will be left completely stranded and out of pocket. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.
