The key I purchased was for a completely different game. Company aren't willing to rectify their mistakes.
All through the process I was shown info on the game I thought I was buying, so had no reason to think that there would be an issue.
Then received a key that, bar the name, has absolutely no connection to the title ordered.
At no point has there been acknowledgement of a mistake, and that the game I received is the game I paid for.
Think twice before you buy from Eneba.

I had a code that was already in use for windows 11 pro i sent them a message with screens i got an answer back and was given another key in return and it worked fine after. Great customer service

Be careful, pure scam!
I bought a Steam game key that clearly stated on the store page it was "Global" and could be redeemed in my country. Even their Customer Service initially confirmed this with me (I have all the proofs/screenshots).
However, when I tried to redeem it on Steam, it failed, stating the product is not available in my region. I contacted CS to ask for a replacement key or a full refund. They asked for a mountain of proof, which I provided in full detail.
After reading reviews from other users who faced the exact same issue, I realized I would never get my money back. But what makes it even worse is that they still blamed me, claiming the key I bought was never meant for my country—completely contradicting their own store page and CS statements!
This is a pure daylight scam and fraud. If a seller lists a key as compatible with my region, but it turns out it isn't after redemption, that is entirely on them. I am deeply frustrated and will never buy anything from this website again. Truly one of the worst CS experiences I have ever had.
Please do NOT reach out to me asking for more explanations or proof; my screenshots and video already tell the whole story. I hope your platform and the dishonest seller enjoy my money and the money of everyone else you've scammed.

Yes, the product title says "Global". But the "regional restrictions" section (which is located below the title) clearly shows in which countries the product can be activated.
The word "Global" (in the title) simply states that the code can be used in all parts of the world. Some other products can be activated in specific regions (for example, if a title has "Europe", this means the product works only in Europe. If it has "North America", this means the product can be used only in the North American countries). However, the exact list of supported countries can be seen in the "regional restrictions" section.
The supported countries are chosen by the developers/publishers of the product. We can only inform you about that.
Regarding the refund, as much as we'd love to issue it, we can't do that as the product code was already displayed by you. As it is stated in our terms & conditions (https://www.eneba.com/support/article/refund-after-product-purchase), a refund cannot be issued because the key has already been displayed.
