The worst website ever encountered
The worst website ever encountered. The card bought was invalid had a difficult time contacting the seller who refused to refund and asked me to send the case back the Eldorado yet the support team sided with the seller saying that the card was delivered without problem . The dispute was ignored I was denied a refund the support system is the worst not user friendly at all difficult to navigate !!!

Zero Seller Protection: Eldorado Side With Scammers Against Proof
I am a new seller on Eldorado with only 20 reviews. 19 of them were positive until a toxic buyer manipulated the system to leave a completely fake, malicious review.
Here is how Eldorado treats its honest sellers:
1. A buyer agreed on a $25 rank service. Near the end, he made up fake emotional stories about his mother in the hospital and claimed he couldn't play anymore.
2. He tried to force a price drop to $10. Out of goodwill, I agreed to lower the price to $15, stop playing, and cancel the original order so he could leave.
3. Instead of paying the $15 via Tip Jar, he repeatedly tried to scam me into cancelling the order FIRST so he could run away with a full refund. I refused and forced him to tip the $15 first before I cancelled.
4. Out of pure retaliation for not getting a free ride or a $10 price, he left a fake negative review claiming I was toxic, insulted him, and told him to buy cheats! He opened ZERO disputes during the order, provided ZERO screenshots or proof, and even admitted he "wasn't sure if it was me or my teammate."
I provided full, uncropped chat logs proving his price manipulation, his scam attempts, and my 100% professional behavior. Eldorado Support didn't even care to look at the evidence. They sent a lazy automated response refusing to remove the fake review and actually threatened my account!
Because of this complete lack of seller protection and incompetence, I am DONE with Eldorado. I am stopping my activity here immediately and moving to a competitor platform that actually respects and protects its sellers instead of rewarding scammers with zero proof.
