We understand your frustration, but you’re leaving this review for the wrong company. We’re a video game store, and our service consists of delivering the game to you correctly.
The problem you’re describing with your EA (Electronic Arts) account is an issue with the servers or with EA, the company that manages the F1 2025 online game. We are not EA, and we do not have access to their account system or servers, so it is completely impossible for us to help you with their platform. You must contact EA Technical Support directly to have your account restored. We have already asked Trustpilot to forward your review to the correct company.
Purchased 5+ games + good experience
Purchased 5+ games and, as of right now, I have never had a problem. They all work as advertised (tested before I wrote this review for better accuracy). Fast shipping and very quick to respond. So far, very good experience. And yes, I'm a human. And no, I didn't receive any incentives—review based in Europe.
