ordered two pairs of shoes, and unfortunately both were extremely disappointing. One pair is so narrow that I simply cannot get my foot into the shoe. The second pair is too wide, very uncomfortable, has a strong unpleasant smell, and the overall quality is extremely poor.

I tried to return the shoes, but the customer support refused to accept the return. Their responses are also very slow. For one pair, I was offered only a 50% refund.

As a result, I am left with two pairs of shoes that I cannot wear and I did not receive a full refund. I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. I do not recommend this store.

Totally disappointed with their service. If you're going to sell a product, take my money, then cancel the order a week later and tell me I have to wait 14 weeks for my refund, that's simply unacceptable.
It's a good thing I used PayPal; otherwise, I honestly don't know how long I would have been waiting to get my money back.
Buyers, I strongly recommend using PayPal for extra protection.

False advertising: the trousers are not cotton as stated but synthetic, different from the picture, and of abysmal quality. Extremely long shipping times. Terrible!

I think this is a total fake site.
I actually got few days a go tracking info that product is in my home country no more than 10 km from my house.
Now I got info that product will arrive by 4.10.2026. So over 2 months from now.
Their tracking info must be total make believe.

Cancelled my command, without any raison, and paid but had my money back.

The customer service super super bad , if have problem with product never wil get a help , i'm traying more than 15 days ago to contact with them but no one helps en no body answer, and they don't have a return option via the web ,customer service no body answer also,
This company it's really shit.

If i could set a 0 star i would have done that. Don't buy from this company. Ever! Delivery time is awefull an dthe customer "service" just as bad. I have been wiating for a small package for over a month. It has been standing still in same place for 10 days.

Never received what i paid and ordered. It's impossible to reach anybody to deposite the claim. Never and never again.!!!!!!!

I ordered from this company on April 22 and since then I have received nothing except excuses, fake updates, and endless delays. They repeatedly assured me that my order was arriving soon and even gave me a final delivery date by May 1st. The tracking kept saying “cleared customs” and “on the way,” creating the false impression that the parcel was close.

Now, out of nowhere, they changed the estimated delivery to AUGUST. This is beyond ridiculous. No serious company treats customers this way.

This feels like a fraudulent business practice designed to keep customers waiting while avoiding refunds and responsibility. Extremely unprofessional, misleading, and disrespectful to customers.

I absolutely do NOT recommend buying anything from this website.

I ordered the wrong model case because in the picture and the description there was the right one but in the model slot i forgot to change the model, after that i offered to cover the shipping costs and send them back the case so they can send me the right one and they didnt even discuss about it. What is wrong with changing the case if i cover the costs? I dont undestand, and it was a pretty expensive case.

The porcelain cup was very badly packed and arrived completely broken. I tried to contact clients serbiceand spent more than an hour, but it was impossible to. They don’t accept messages without verification code, which should be inserted in 60 seconds, vut arrives after a few minutes only. So I had tried dozen times, no success. Very tricky way of refusing any claims.

Received empty plastic bag with the delivery tag stickers. NO ITEM! Scam, don’t order on Ayzeze.pl

The worst site don’t ever place an order here.

I ordered 2 products on this site . I paid by card about 2 weeks ago and today when i got the parcel the silver pendant with turmaline wasn't inside

One 2 XXL Next to it’s other so they can see the difference in size with the really size,And second video have try to wearing the jacket was not possible to close it in front so they can see that have received the wrong product,No reply yet.
I’m starting to believe that they are a lot of Scammers
In the market,we have to try to protect other consumers from this companies.
They all work systematically,we have to bring there
Names to protest others.
