The representative lied about I could…
The representative lied about I could not use a credit card. Then the refund they were suppose to send they sent to a card I had on file instead of my checking account. Each time I called I have been lied to that the refund is still being processed.You can never get a straight answer from anyone ther. I am preparing to just cancel and go somewhere else. I am so disappointed with them.
