I missed the ending of an auction because I didn’t get a notification that the item I was watching was about to end. You guys need to send a ten minute text warning an item is about to end, just like eBay does

This is my second purchase through auction Ninja and I couldn’t be more pleased! Especially with the second purchase of a large, heavy elliptical bike. I didn’t have to carry it down from a second story, just out the front door to my truck

Auctioneer company went the extra mile
I’ve bought several items through Auction Ninja. It’s well organized, the auction companies have all been great. This particular experience was great because I bought an antique hanging lamp with no maker’s mark. I took it to a lamp shop who told me the mark was likely on the ceiling cap which was removed whenever it was rewired. I went back to the house where I picked it up and the auction employees were very friendly and happy to look around in the basement where the lamp was stored, even though we all knew in our hearts it was unlikely to be found. But I really appreciated that they looked!
