Been on Pristine since mid Dec 2025. If you are looking for memorabilia and CAN'T find it here...It doesn't exist!

Easy to order and track items as well as search for specific items.

Pristine Auction is the number one company to purchase your autographed merchandise from. I've been a customer for a number of years now, and I buy with confidence, knowing all my memorabilia is authentic. The items are shipped out in a timely manner and are packed up extremely well. A 5 Star experience every time.

Not just finding what i need or want as a collector but when it comes to shipping it is top notch never had a bad experience.

Been bidding on Pristine Auction has been alot of fun and there is no other auction that can give tons of different merchandise and come out a winner for bids. Its easy and I like how they have ten minute bids.

I enjoy the quality of cards and memorabilia that is available during the auction. I enjoy what the auction brings and how it feels even in disappointment. The items are carefully packaged and received a in a proper time frame. I overall have had a great experience.

I recently discovered Pristine and ever since have enjoyed the experience, the fun of winning an auction.

I'm reading a lot of positive reviews about Pristine Auctions, and I can understand that. There's a lot of cool stuff on there, and if you're persistent, you can sometimes find good deals.

What I don't see much of are reviews speaking to their customer service. Or an almost complete lack of customer service. I have purchased a lot of things from PA and have had three separate issues with PA. Not one was resolved. And, if you think persistence will help you, forget it. In all three cases, they just stopped responding.

And know this, even though the site promises "guaranteed authenticity," my experience is that they don't back up that statement in any way.

My advice to you is that if you are going to purchase through them, read everything on the item page. Every Last Single Detail. Check every dotted "i" and crossed "t." I don't mean to imply that the descriptions are false or inaccurate. But if you see even the slightest thing out of place or perceived as out of place, or you don't understand something, stop and reach out directly for verification. Then, cross your fingers that you get a response. Because once you make a purchase and you discover something isn't what you expected, you can count on getting virtually no assistance. I mean, other than a very nice chatbot that does absolutely nothing other than tell you they can't help you. Oh, and when the chatbot asks if you'd like the exchange forwarded to a live person and you say "yes," don't hold your breath waiting for a response because chances are that there isn't one coming.

I bid and won a Greg Maddux signed framed jersey. The process was easy and understandable. The delivery was timely and I was kept up to date of where my item was in the the process - all the way to my front door. The framed item was 1st class and looks great in my billiards room!

I’ve made several purchases from Pristine and I’ve been more than satisfied with every one of them! All items are packaged carefully and very well so I don’t have to worry about damage when being shipped. All items have been exactly as advertised and I receive the items quickly.
