I have been using my X-Sight 4k Pro for a couple of years but never installed the ABL that I bought at the same time of the scope. I finally took it out and upon install I dropped the small setscrew that holds the ABL tight to the adapter ring. After nearly an hour on the floor I called and on first description Kelly Prince at ATN knew exactly what I needed. Within a couple of minutes had the order set and on the way. One thing to have a good product but with good customer service it takes everything to the next level. I am grateful.

I haven’t always had the best experiences with ATN but today I talked with Kelly Prince and she was very helpful. She was polite, courteous and knowledgeable and she did everything possible to solve my problem. I wish everyone there was like Kelly. It would make dealing with ATN a lot more pleasant.

My ATN Thor 5 quit on me last night while I was checking out the new update. I reached out to ATN customer service this morning and spoke with Ms. Kelly Prince and she was absolutely kind and willing to help find a solution to get me back up and going.

During our conversation she listened to my concerns and answered the questions that I had very promptly. I thank you for taking the time to assist me with the issue that I had and for also helping me get things set up to take care of my scope.

Called last year to get a scope fixed still under warrenty and no reply back from the guy. Called the company this year to get the claim going and spoke with a Kelly Prince who within an hour or 2 had my shipping label ready

I had a defective 10x42 LRF binoc. I couldn't remember where I bought it. I called ATN and talked to Kelly Prince. She reminded me Optics Planet also sells that item. I found the email with receipt from Optics Planet, sent it to her and started the process of RMA return. Got the new replacement a few days ago. Very happy with how Kelly helped me on this matter!!

I've had two separate issues with my ATN rifle scope, on both those occasions I have had to return this product to atn Europe. From contacting them and getting repairs carried out and returned the customer service is first class, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the product male functioning with the same faults on both occasions. All seems good now 🤞
