Great to be able to do this virtually! I wish there was a way to do it on your mobile phone that was a little bit more user friendly, as I don’t have a desktop. I could see how it could be difficult for some folks to manage. My notary was nice, thorough and efficient.

Had to do it a couple of times disnt want to open video,other then that fast process.

No one meet us on line until 5:30. They did find a notary she was great..

The system worked fine. The notary was professional and courteous. She did an excellent job walking me through the process. The only thing that would have made it better was a little more clarification of what to expect before you connect with the notary. the initial setup may take a few extra minutes depending on your device. I took me 10 minutes and I initially though I was going to be rescheduled.

I loved the idea of the video call if is great. People like me who never leaves home it is great. Seniors everywhere should take advantage. The patience of the Notary is great, the entire session was great.

Easiest notary available, didn’t have to leave the house

The overall experience with the notary himself was very pleasant. He was willing to help, explain how the process works, what needs to be done, what are the next steps, etc. Therefore I felt prepared. However, one improvement I would suggest is the platform itself. I had to use Google Chrome. It was not very responsive. So this was the only negative experience. I had that technical aspect of the platform.
