I was caught in a "do-loop" on the website; the LLC path wanted to use my home address, but the Registered Agent path wanted my LLC information. Amal provided me with another path that solved the issue and allowed me to setup the LLC using the Legal Zoom Registered Agent details.

The process of setting up your will was seamlessly easy, questionnaire was very helpful and I recommend using this service.

Great communication, and helped me really understand it

First they filed everything wrong then they filed the amendment wrong and I'm still waiting nearly 3 months to get my LLC EIN number,but every day I get emails from them trying to sell me something, every time I talk to them they try to sell me something, upsell upsell upsell is all they do over there, this company has turned to crap

And when you sign up for $500 they will not give you priority service if you want priority service you have to pay extra for it,

Everyone that I spoke with was helpful, accommodating, kind and resourceful. If they couldn't directly help with something, they found a person who could and took the time to give my information background to this person ahead of my first contact with them. Each person gave me their name, even spelled them and gave me their correct pronunciation of them at my request. This made me feel more connected with them, creating a happier experience for me and I hope for them as well. You have great people!

LegalZoom charges a lot of money for services you can handle yourself for a fraction of the cost. If anything is even slightly difficult, they push it back on you anyway, paying them is pointless. Stay away from this company and just do the work yourself.
