Great Program

Very predatory and scammer behavior
I came to Rocket lawyer for a trademark. I purchased the 1 year subscription and trademark fee totaling around $800. I spoke with the lawyer once on the phone, the rest via email and he said he needed an additional $80 to respond to an “office action” I believe it was called. Next thing I get an email saying I didn’t respond in time, when our lawyer Justin Johansen was supposed to be responding. I was so confused but of course I never got a response from him after multiple emails. Rocket lawyer called me the next day wanting more money to “take the next steps”. It felt very predatory and scammer behavior.

Was the best now the worst app, sad times
I've been using rocket lawyer for over a year now for all of my equipment lease contracts. They recently implemented co-pilot now nothing works properly it's a huge pain in the butt to try to get anything done the signature box doesn't show up it. I can no longer get the document to send to my customers I now have to cancel my subscription with rocket lawyer and find a different program. I do not recommend using this program or wasting your time going through an entire lease agreement just so at the end it can basically screw up andnot let you finish it. This app is now extremely disappointing. Co-Pilot has been an issue for me for over 2 months now. This is not a one-time problem.

How many people need a lawyer subscription service?
It's really insane to only offer legal services in a subscription service when that's not how most people require legal services.
There were also some deceptive design patterns on the site and the subscription sign up I noticed. I mean, really, having a 1 week free trial for an expensive yearly subscription service that most people actually just want to use ad hoc is also a pretty shady practice.
