I placed an order on the 8th of august, it still hasn’t been shipped (it’s mid September) and no one answers my emails regarding this issues, plus it is not possible to cancel an order from the app.
This website is a pure scam hidden behind nice colors. I want my money back.

They are selling albums they dont have and waiting time is weeks. Im truly dissapointed in their way to sell and handle things.

I've been ordering kpop albums for almost 10 years now, from pretty much sites from EVERYWHERE and never got a better experience than with Nolae. They are very careful with the packaging, they have a lot of ways you can earn points and get a discount and if you live in Europe you won't get any additional taxes (like it happens most of the time by ordering from korean/american websites) when you check out. They have a lot of choices but the prices are obviously a bit higher than the ones from korean websites bc they order them from official agencies' sites, sometimes even though the items are "in stock" they may take longer bc they still haven't arrived (it happens most of the time when you do preorders but they have a calendar for that too and it says when they will ship your package, just explore the site you'll find everything). I bought a Joohoney "Lights" album for a friend and they only had random ver. option, but I messaged them asking if I could get a ver.3 (the one my friend like) and they told me they couldn't make me pick, but then when the package arrived I got a ver.3, even getting the preorder benefits stickers and mini poster🩷 Loving it

I bought 3 items off nolae all in stock it said on the app. " weeks go by they send an email saying customs to send katseye album from korea to their warehouse is taking a long time (even though it said on their app it was in stock) I ordered it on 5 july havent recieved it yet only got a shipping conformation today. Back tracking - i asked for a refund 2 weeks ago they said no problem, i ask today where the refund is and they say they didnt put in a cancelation because i didnt say the words I want a refund ( i said i will go with the refund thanks) - will never order from them again.

Apart from the partly problematic waiting time for shipments due to a very poorly implemented online shop (that shows articles as available, then they aren't), the main problem I have is the customer service and their behaviour with regards to the returning of items.

Within Germany, as a customer I have the right to return ordered items within 14 days, regardless of them being opened or not. Nolae refuses to honor that law and classifies opened lightstick boxes the same as i.e. hygienic products, effectively saying they cannot be returned. This is a known issue with smaller shops, but still annoys me to the core.

As a buyer, make sure you know what you want - you cannot send the stuff back! Probably order your merch at imusic, they are a lot cheaper anyways (and do serious business at least).

Great website and amazing delivery. Every time I order from there the package is always intact. It’s always covered in layers of tightly wrapped bubble wrap, to protect it from being bend, ripped, soaked in water or damaged in other ways! Lovely place, I always order from there :)

My package came pretty fast in 5 days, nothing was missing and the album was really protected, but there was a little damage on the photocard holder, In total I really recommend Nolae and I will continue ordering from this website in the future. Keep it up Nolae :)

Great selection of items which is dificult to find somewhere else

I've been ordering from this website for well over a year now, and it exceeds expectations in my opinion. First of all, the communication is superb. If your package is delayed or if theres any other faults, they will e-mail you and keep you up to date. Secondly, the packaging of the products makes sure that the products are safely protected during shipment and the products themselves are of high quality. Finally, the website offers a huge variety of k-pop merch, and there is plenty of opportunities for discounts. This is my go-to website when ordering k-pop albums. Keep it up Nolae!

If you are from Europe you must buy here because it’s the best app you can use to buy K-pop products. The delivery is always safe and without any problem. And something even more important is that their employees and manager in my case, are so kind and respectful

Never had a problem! Everything that I’ve ordered so far has come to me safely thanks to the good packaging!!! Good quality on the albums and everything else. Nolae is my top choice on ordering albums or anything K-pop related 🩷

Quality products, delivered quite fast from Germany to other EU location with tracking. Would order again!

The worst site. I ordered one k pop album before Christmas and nener received shipping information or anything else. I think I lost my money.

Honestly, I don't even know where to start.
I placed a pre-order and at the same time I ordered two more albums.
We reached the time they were supposed to be shipped out and... Nothing. I decided to wait for a bit before contacting customer support. I reached a point where I decided it's probably time to get in contact with them. I got a an email back it is going to ship out next week. Mind you it's been over half a month when they were supposed to ship it out. Their excuse - "waiting for restock". They didn't even try to contact me to let me know what's going on (this is a 2nd time this happened).
I'm waiting for restock of everything they have available on their website, but apparently availability on their website doesn't mean it's available.
Also apparently they lost my order from the begging in their system.
I keep emailing them and get a "we'll ship out the pre-order" AFTER I asked them to please send me what they have.
I got the pre-order and waited on my two other albums. They said around next week they'll ship it out. It's been half a month. No emails no nothing, contacted them again and still no information about my order...
And the best of it all - all they told me "we can give you a refund". That's it, that's their solution to any problem they encounter... Really bad customer service, they don't want to solve issues and the fact it's been so long I've given up hope they will ever arrive.
I do not recommend buying stuff from their website. No one will contact you about anything and you just have to hope for the best.
The first time I did a pre-order from them apparently they had an issue with supplier, but didn't inform buyers that there's an issue before contacting them yourself...

Hi, it’s been 15 November I’ve buy an album…I’m still waiting actually, i would like to know when I’ll receive it, but I don’t lose hope I’m going to wait a bit more ( that was the stray kids album HOP in limited edition for more precise information ). :)

I SO MAD MI HERMANA BOUGHT SKZ ALBUM VOOR MY CUMPLEAÑOS AND IT STILL NOT ARRIVE!!!!
I GOT ATE ALBUM PREPPY VERSION AND HEADLINER ROCKSTAR ALBUM.
