Great online retailer for new vinyl…

Great online retailer for new vinyl records. Always well packaged and sent promptly (I'm in the UK) and they arrive quicker than some other places that UK based. Very helpful customer service too. I've been using them for 12 months on and off now.

Highly recommend :D

Fast dispatch ahead of schedule. Very well protected for its journey.

Great selection & packaging

Great selection & packaging. If your order has more than 5 selections usually it takes 20 days to get delivered. Great selection but 80% is not in stock. Also if their support answer to you in less than 5 business days you are lucky

Thanks for your feedback here. Deliveries outside Denmark can take a while, and we do pride ourselves in our large assortment. But the only reason we are able to offer this selection is by not keeping everything in stock at our own warehouse. It wouldn't be possible in terms of space or a profitable approach to have so many items in stock. We try to keep all of the bestselling items in stock though.

We apologise for the long response times you may have experienced during the last few months (the Summer holidays here). We are doing what we can to get back to the normal response times (within 1-2 business days) as soon as possible.

Prompt arrival.

Some items from abroad can take a long time to arrive but this dvd came as promptly as possible. It was well packaged and plays in UK with English subtitles.
