Not seeing results after 2 treatments

I had a recurring order come out of my account at a rather unfortunate time due to me forgetting that I had an active subscription. Ed 💙 was incredibly helpful and managed to give me confirmation of a full refund whilst being incredibly conscientious of my situation. As soon as I can I will be back to Numan for my next kit.

I had been a returning Numan customer and had previously received and used Mounjaro 5 mg pens from them without any issues. I ordered my last two pens in advance because I was planning to travel outside the UK.

Unfortunately, my final experience was very disappointing. My order was initially misdirected to a depot, causing an unnecessary delay. When it was eventually delivered, the Mounjaro pens were left unattended on my doorstep for several hours on a very hot day instead of being handed to me.

After using one of the pens, I experienced severe side effects that I had not experienced with previous 5 mg pens. I cannot say whether this was related to the delivery, but it left me with concerns about the handling of a temperature-sensitive medication and I no longer felt comfortable using the remaining pen.

When I contacted Numan, my subscription was cancelled promptly, and I appreciate that their clinical team contacted me. However, my request for a refund was refused based on a general statement about their packaging rather than addressing the specific delivery issues I experienced.

Overall, I was disappointed with both the delivery process and the way my complaint was handled. Based on my experience, I would not use the service again.

Good support when you need it. I was very suspicious about spending this much money online, but having used Numan for nearly a year have found them to be ethical and reliable. I would definitely recommend them to others seeking weight loss support

Numan puts you on a subscription on any plans you choose even one without a discount! Somehow reminder emails went into spam but dispatch email once too late to refund the money didn't. Absolutely awful customer service very money driven nothing like they promote. Do not recommend!

On the very few occasions I’ve had the need to contact Numan customer support I have been dealt with in a timely courteous and friendly manner and this time was no different Aiko kept me up to date with the progress of my enquiry and facilitated a satisfactory outcome I have and will continue to recommend Numan to family and friends

In response to a email I sent today regarding my subscription, I received a response within minutes which recognised the need for expeditious action.
This was followed up - also within minutes by a response from Anita who has checked and confirmed my details, recognised the need to change my subscription and within minutes again had provided the required refund.
I have never experienced such prompt and helpful service.
Anita finally ensured I knew I could obtain future assistance at any time, should I require it.
The service received through Anita has been exceptional.
