pay up front £90 the year a fantastic deal for me so got it my number was ported over next day fantastic service and signal and 5G everywhere I go and the eSIM was emailed to me in 5mins no problems and easy to login in to check my usage recommend these 

I have been with Morzillon since June this year, transition went to plan and network works as expected. Before joining, I specifically checked that I could get a monthly bill (this is normal for ALL providers) and was reassured that this would not be a problem. I have made several calls and sent emails since to Morzillon asking for a monthly bill, as I have never received one. I'm always told, yes, we will ask accounts to send it, and never receive. How hard can it be to send a bill? I ask as I use my phone for business so need a monthly bill. All I get is broken promise and silence, no action.

I must commend the customer service of mozillion. I made an order this week and without going into details of my phone situation, I needed it by a certain day. Although it wasn't shipped for a few days, when it was, it was quick and easy to track. I was getting in contact quite regularly with mozillion for updates and they were always patient and kind. This is my second purchase from mozillion and I've recommended them to family and friends for network connection and experience. Forgive me if I am wrong but I believe the people that helped me were Christian, Douglas and Angela.

Early day just trying , but seems good and speedy connection all ok so far , shame no app to do balance and settings .? Good value. So far so good .

WoW just WoW, so if your looking for a piggyback Sim as your sick and tired of the big 3 increasing your payments every so often. Then give Mozillion a try, and you won't regret it.

Great price and nice to have offers to get cash back off your phone bill.

Major downside for me is the terrible network coverage where I a) live and b) work. All towns should have a decent EE signal, but unfortunately not for the town of Royston in Herts (no signal at all inside buildings). Have to use Three, Vodafone or O2 to get a decent signal in this area.

Still waiting for help from customer services. Need a 2nd sim - you’d think they’d be all over it. Looking elsewhere now.

I ordered a card via Tik tok app. I was away.
The problems come with once you ask for a card they activate it on order. NOT when you put it in the phone.
the 1st thing i get is we tried to take payment attempt.
for what I had not put card in phone. nor set up anything on there app. I had selected no app.
the card was still in envelope it came in.
I complained. and got sign in to dashboard. but I had not set up.
they were ZERO help.
They charged me for a service I had not used.
you get a sim at a supermarket 79p etc. it is NOT active UNTIL it is put in a phone.
then you get the months service. BUT not with Mozillion.
you pay from day one even before you can put it in the phone. what if it gets lost in post your still paying for no service

Very positive experience for me. Signed up, got my pac code and a seamless transfer. I got a great sim only deal so very happy so far 😊

The phone was exactly what I was looking for at the right price. It was simple to place the order, and it was delivered on the day promised.

Relatively decent price, sim arrived quickly. Emails don’t have much information on them. Port in experience was good.

Good, but lots of room for improvement. EE’s coverage is great, and Mozillion’s prices are quite good for what you’re getting. However, the roaming allowance isn’t as generous as with some other providers. Also, I’d love more flexibility like changing my plan at any time I want. If I wanted to change my plan, I’d have to, first, pay for the full month of my current plan, and only then, change to a new plan. If the latter changes, I’d gladly switch back to Mozillion.

Easy to order and get a new phone and contract.

Great customer service by Douglas. Mozzillion through Douglas dealt quickly & technically with a number of problems. Very impressed. Great to talk & communicate with a person looking to help - keep it up.
