Scam. After weeks of sending back parts of my order, they haven't refunded my money. Going to lawyer now

I ordered two Olaf t-shirts for my son's birthday. They came right on time and quickly delivered. Then we noticed a 'hole' on the back of one of the t-shirts, after I cut out the label. I contacted Mezaldy and they said they needed to contact the 'producer' to have an approval if they'd take the t-shirt back or not. It has not been 3 weeks and no response yet. Every week, I inquire the progress and get the response that they didn't receive anything.

With any other proper online reseller, they'd take the responsibility of the defect and receive the back the product regardless. Now that I paid, I cannot send it back (because it costs me another 10 euros) or get my money back. So my son decided to wear it regardless because of lack of interest from Mezaldy to solve the issue.

I ordered a pair of New Balance 530 sneakers. The difference between the color shown in the photos and the actual product was significant.
I ordered light grey with a beige sole, but what I received was dark grey with a khaki-colored sole. The size also did not fit me properly. Because of these issues, I had to return the shoes and pay €6 for the return shipping.
If the color had matched the photos, I could have given them to my younger sister, but since the product did not match what was advertised, I consider this misleading.
€6 is not a large amount of money, but I don’t think I should have to pay for misleading information.
I will never order anything from here again.

The order process was good.
The refund of the previous order (I ordered the wrong size at first) took a bit longer than communicated. But once I sent an email to the customer service, the reply (and the refund) arrived the next day already.
So all in all, good experience!

I have bought a cp company jacket. And it came in perfect condition. I am very happy with my jacket and it is very goed cuality.

Order was placed and paid for, with confirmation and next-day delivery promised via email. The following day I was informed (via email) the product would not be delivered and would be returned. No explanation. No refund has been issued. NO response to multiple follow-up emails.

Do not order from this website! ❌

If you have any questions, issues with your order, returns, or exchanges — customer support simply ignores you and does not respond.

I placed my order on January 5th. The website stated that if the order is placed before 11:00 PM, delivery will be the next day between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

On January 9th, I received the package and found several problems:
1️⃣ The sweatshirt included in my order was not the one I had ordered.
2️⃣ The pants arrived with stains.

I decided to keep the pants, but I contacted customer support about the sweatshirt, asking them to resolve the issue — either exchange it or process a return so I could reorder the correct sweatshirt. They promised to send a return sticker, but I still haven’t received it.

I filled out the claim form, spent my time and resources, and sent it… and there has been no response. No replies by email, social media, or WhatsApp. Phone calls also go unanswered.

The service is terrible! Mezaldi, please take note: this kind of treatment of a customer is unacceptable.

I received wrong items. There is no connection with a service team at all. So no chance to exchange or refund. They seem to be the only ones in the Netherlands with such terrible customer service. Never again.

Nice range of products super fast delivery!

I placed an order with Mezaldy on December 20. Unfortunately, my order was never delivered to me. Instead, it was sent back to the sender immediately, without giving me any real opportunity to receive it or arrange a redelivery.

Since then, I have tried to contact the store multiple times.
• Emails remain unanswered.
• The WhatsApp chatbot only repeats the same message (“we will forward your request”), without any real support or follow-up.
• There is no option on the website to request a refund, and I am still waiting for someone to contact me regarding my money.

The lack of communication and transparency is very disappointing.
Because of this experience, I cannot recommend Mezaldy, especially due to their poor customer support and unresponsiveness.

Bought a t-shirt at the website on 28th of november. Never arrived. I sent 5 mails to the customer service + Wathsapp-chat. They said that they had started an investigation. 1 month later still no possibility to have a proper response. Never buying here again.

My order came in well packaged and the delivery was swift.
