I received wrong items. There is no connection with a service team at all. So no chance to exchange or refund. They seem to be the only ones in the Netherlands with such terrible customer service. Never again.

The 10% discount code is valid - as indicated in the email we sent you at the time of subscription - only for registered users on the site who place the order by logging in.
