Love the product but I have cancelled this subscription 5 times and they are still billing me and shipping me. They have zero customer service. I am cancelling my credit card and contact the better business bureau.

Pup loves his Pupsicle

The customer service at Woof was so helpful and generous and now we're planning on trying some of the other toys. Love having options to help keep our dog healthy and happy.

Amazing customer service!
My 4mo old puppy chewed apart a Woof Dental toy. I sent a picture of it and they were SO nice and communicated with me so well. They asked me if I'd be interested in a different Woof product for my puppy and sent it out at no cost to me. Loyal customer for life!

Dogs love the products, I loved the service
After purchasing the pupsicle from my local pet supply store, I was very excited to order the tray to make my own refills and decided to get the Walkabout for our other pup. Unfortunately, the package was delivered to the wrong house or stolen before I received it. I got absolutely no where with UPS, but the Woof customer service team immediately processed a replacement. They arrived today and I’m, again, super satisfied with the products. I’m seeing a lot of reviews that the pupsicle is hard to open/close, but I have had zero issues with the small pupsicle and my shih tzu adores it.

Great Interactive toy
I'm always looking for interactive toys for my dog that are also durable. I have a 70lb pit, boxer, bloodhound and she's a chewers. I got the Walkabout for her and it's been perfect! I fill it with either her food or some treats and it keeps her busy for 20+minutes. It was super easy to order and came quickly. 10/10 recommend

Keeps Our Very Large, Very Determined and Aggressive Chewer Happier and More Content Than I Thought Possible!
Our very large (100 pounds and still growing), very smart, very active, aggressive chewer and VERY EASILY bored Bernedoodle, Louie, has had some challenges since he was a baby. Food allergies that caused stomach and bowel problems, itching, followed by some seriously aggressive chewing and tearing toys into shreds, even Kongs, that are supposed to be quite sturdy and strong. He was somewhat clingy making it difficult to get anything done with his help (?). Finding "WOOF" and their ever growing list of items that kept Louie happily busy, ie; his beloved pupsicle with ready made treats or the mix I combine with watermelon juice, small treats etc., pop in the freezer for a few hours. His "toothbrush," with dental chews, his combination shed and plant based bone that's NEVER splintered and he licks up the white powdery crumbs, his lick-it mat, rubber ball I put treats in that he rolls around forever to get the very last treat left inside, have ALL been a God send. Louie recognizes the box when it's delivered and gets so excited, he has to open it himself. FYI, the new "Sushi" pupsicle mix is the best. Just pour into mold around the Calming pupsicle pops and we've had ZERO gas, diarrhea etc., since first buying it months ago. 5 out of 5 stars for WOOF, customer service and products!

The pupsickle with the calming pops and peanut butter pops
The products that I have gotten so far have been wonderful!! My girl loves to have the peanut butter balls as well as the dental care and the calming balls when it gets hot out!!

Pupscile is great.
We had the first version of the pupscile ball. After many uses it got stuck and they sent us the new design and works great. Our Great Dane loves it. Need to make some for her with the mold. Replacement came quickly. Thank you Woof Pet.

I have loved every Woof product I have ever purchased. The customer service is top notch. I have multiple Woof rest balls for my dogs, I get the subscription of treat ball refills, and we’ve tried the Honest Chews. Everything has been great for my two Bernese Mountain Dogs.

Great product…
Every time that I’ve had a question or an issue regarding a Woof product, I reach out to the customer service team and ALWAYS get a reply within a day or two.
My dogs love their pupsicles as well as the antler shaped chews.
One of our dogs is a heavy chewer and has ruined the tops of a few pupsicles. We remedied this by ordering the black pupsicle for heavy chewers. This has held up well and keeps her entertained.
Having several items on subscription with Woof, I was able to get the destroyed pupsicles replaced.
Also, in reading some of the other reviews I noticed people were having a hard time getting the tops unscrewed. We use a little spray vegetable oil on the threads prior to screwing the top on. Works like a charm.
