Course navigation was clunky and…
Course navigation was clunky and difficult to move forward at times. Couldn't complete the course either due to password issues which they couldn't reset and told me I would have to re-do the entire course from the beginning. Too bad because content was pretty good up to that point.

The course itself is easy
The course itself is easy, however the constant verification system is terrible. They use both facial recognition and security questions which time out in 45 seconds. Good luck when your internet connection is weak.
I have to start from the beginning and I was 2/3 done.

I got my driving license for more than fifty (50) years this driving class had given me the opportunity to refreshed my memory that what a good driver supposed to be, its a good idea if everyone can be a SPIDER driver on the road safely and peacefully !

My defensive driving certificate was…
My defensive driving certificate was due to expire. They’re good for 3 years.
Improv learning was a place referred to me.
I went on the website and took the test.
It was very easy to navigate and pay for it. The site was secure.
The course was easy to understand and follow.
Upon completion I was directed to submit and receive my cert.
Improv even contacted my insurance company.
