I was able to complete my lesson online on my phone
The class was fast and self explanatory. Pretty easy costly but it’s definitely worth it
As a 48 year driver, it’s a good refresher course. Every driver should complete it.
Enjoyed the interactive features and well-presented information.

The course was easy to understand and it didn’t take long to complete

IMPROV does a great job at introducing mechanics of driving that may have went under the radar during my actual 5 hour course, in a way that it understandable and entertaining.

Absolute cash grab rip off. They nickel and dime you non-stop. They charge you up front, then the fees come in including a "payment processing fee" over $20!! Then you get to the course which is the single worst online course I have ever had. What a JOKE of a company!

It was an online driving class, easy convenient. I was able to take on my time take my test. they handled the court fees and fines. On the receipt.I thought it said that they were giving me received? tickets to improv the show. but I must’ve been misunderstood what those four tickets were for as I never got anything. Oh awe, well we can’t win at all.

Terrible experience was halfway through the course, kicks me off because it has so many bugs then they say I have to start the course all over again . Ware of time , I sat all day to take my time and then it was a waste of time.

Is it possible to give 0 stars?
This has to be one of the worst experiences and a complete waste of time.
1. The course has bugs which prevent you from moving forward, even when you've completed the course or the excercise. When this happens, you have to log in/out, refresh the page etc, which restarts the section from the beginning. Every time this hapened I would have to email their support team for them to resolve the issue - this happened 25 times and I was only 70% through the course.
2. The last time this happened, I took a screenshot of the frozen page, emailed them the issue, and then walked away from my desk while I waited for them to respond. In that time I missed the identity verification piece, which resulted in the course being reset back to the beginning. Extremely frustrating given the circumstances.
3. Generally this is just a bad course - the interactive excercices dont make sense, there are lots of small pages that you have to stay on for 30 seconds and the videos are all pretty annoying.
I can't believe this is an official DMV approved vendor. Excuse the pun this is a total car crash of a software program.

My instructor was the coolest dude I've ever seen. He was clear and very engaging. I had a good time and learned a lot.

This course is designed by experienced people with real world situations. Especially it is specific for every state in United States of America. It gives knowledge what are we not doing right or can do better after so many years of driving experience in USA roads. This helps old age people as well. THANK YOU, TEAM of exports who had designed this course. My small request, please spend enough time to learn not to rush to complete it. I really enjoyed it and learned many new things during this course. THANKS AGAIN!
