I haven’t recieved my order
I haven’t recieved my order, I sent a mail telling them that the apartment number had an error. It says 392 and the correct number is 302. I didn’t receive an answer. This about 2 months ago.
Then I recieved an email saying I would get my money back because they weren’t able to send the package.
But I haven’t recieved the money or the order.
And I recieved in my “shop” app that the order in son the way, but nothing.

Because of the sale it took a while longer to deliver my order, because of that therz we're 4 articles that they could not deliver anymore on sales, but I got permittion to order 4 other things included new collection for the same price as before on sale so this was very nice of them!

After being a loyal costumer it’s time to leave.
I enjoyed this brand for years. However the quality and customer service went down dramatically. The fabric of choice became extremely thin and causes holes or rips near the elastic band after a few washes (conform instructions).
Customer service is sometimes not in the mood to answer the phone. And it sounds like they physically hang up directly. (Advice: If you want to do this less obvious, count at least the amounts of ringing to keep it consistent and never do this mid ringing). An answer machine might be a solution.
Even though the quality of the fabric became one of the worst. I have to say that the fit and the stretch remains perfect.
So if you want some comfortable boxershorts and don’t mind to replace them very often. This is the brand to go. I’m personally searching for a more sustainable alternative.
