Do not buy from this "company"! The owner -Dorian Eleveld- is a fraud.
He runs a very similar company called Zanda-Fashion.nl offering exactly the same Chinese rubbish.
E-mail responses are standard messages discouraging customers to return goods.
The business adres as registered at the Chamber of Commerce is no longer valid! Gone without a trace.

Terrible experience .
Don’t trust they send poor quality products from China . Bought sandals looks ok in the picture when I receive after 2 weeks it weighs not even 300 grams with packaging if you want to return it you need to pay to send back.
Everything is wrong about this site - Clothes are rubbish, customer service is rubbish and the return policy is a scam.
As Bergmanmode.com is a Dutch company it needs to follow European law
if they do not provide the return address (China) you can assume it is in NL and therefore a suitable return address needs to be provided.
The worst!! They send the worst plastic of the lowest quality that does not look like the picture at all.
They do not offer refunds and return address in China is fake too for them hoping you won’t proceed with returns so they won’t need to issue refunds.

The pieces I ordered were cheap knock-offs of the images on the website. And when wanting to return the items, you keep being offered discounts and never getting what you were promised. STAY AWAY!!!!!

if I can give 0 stars I would! The jumpsuit I ordered looks totally different!!! The website boasts 30 days return but in reality they force you to keep it. If you return it, it will have to go China and anything that happens is your fault. It’s basically robbing people and not giving customer rights!! Should be banned in EU! You have to pay 20+ euros to return the clothes!
Update: These reply they gave is totally fake as I have tried and it did not work to get normal return. Only 30% back from full price and keep the jumpsuit

Very bad quality. Very overpriced for what you get and when you want to return the product (swimmingtrunks in my case) you have to pay for the return yourself. This is to China and would cost me €23 shippingcosts. This whole company is nothing more than a dropshipping-scam. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!

Bad quality shoes. When you want to return, they keep offering you discounts, and the shipping back to China is just a scam.
However, the quality of the fabrics are terrible and the product is very overpriced, delivery time is very long. And when you want to send the product back, Bergman makes it almost inpossible to do this. YOU have to pay the traveling costs to China! This is a warning to everybody: don't buy your clothing at Bergman mode, they rip you off!
They are scammers .I wait my money back else I will go to police .I already start bank processing and investigation!!!!

Very deceiving as they make you think it is a Dutch store. It’s shit from China. My dress looked stylish and on the website had 2 tassles and in reality it is just a straight piece of cotton with no form..looks like a pajama. I definitely would not order from them again

Just don't do it. The clothing is horrendous, ive never seen such cheap materials and items that look nothing like their photos. i apologize to the environment for the textile and fuel waste on this item.
Also takes forever to show up, returns are expensive and time-consuming.
