The whole website is a scam, the items are quite poor quality and shipped from China. If you live in the Netherlands and expect shipment from Utrecht within one to two or three days it never happens. The delivery comes from china and it takes a few weeks and on top of that on the website you cannot start return or exchange and even cannot write reviews to write your frustration. And when I contacted customer service they finally replied but told me the shipping costs go up to 40€ or sth for a product I paid 60€ which based on the quality in China you can probably have it made for five to 10 euros max , the fabric is extremely of poor quality and does not match the description of the website and the owner is super irresponsible. The whole experience is a scam. Not only I couldn’t get my money back for exchange which costed less they asked me to pay shipping fees up to 20€. They just try to scam you money. Never Buy Anything From that Website. It is a TOTAL SCAM

Marketed as a Dutch company in Utrecht the company provides for a safe feeling at first. HOWEVER..everything about vanrozenutrecht is a scam. It operates from Hongkong. It sells cheap poor quality chinese material. Delivery takes too much time. Return policy is non existing and too expensive. The result...environment polution, waste of money...your money, and frustration. Its a fraud. Dont buy here.
