I send several mails I never got a…

I send several mails I never got a reply, as soon as I ordered the blouse I noticed that I ordered the wrong size, I immediately wrote an mail (infact 3 mails) no reply. I ordered size S I need size XL. I never got a mail back, discusting, now I have to pay to sent it back. Iam very angry and I will make sure and tell people what kind of a firm this is

Het is echt jammer dat de kleding niet goed past. Om het voor alle klanten gemakkelijker te maken, heeft elk artikel een eigen maattabel die kan afwijken van uw lokale maattabel. De maattabel staat op de productpagina van elk product. Voordat u bestelt, raden we u ten zeerste aan om eerst onze maattabel te raadplegen, zodat de kleding beter past.

We hebben uw probleem gemeld bij onze klantenservice en zij zullen u binnen 48 uur antwoorden. We zullen u een bevredigende oplossing bieden. Houd er rekening mee dat we contact opnemen met het e-mailadres dat u bij de bestelling heeft opgegeven.

Onze klantenservice neemt zo snel mogelijk contact met u op om de beste oplossing voor u te vinden. Kunt u uw bestelnummer, de naam, het telefoonnummer, het adres of meer informatie van de ontvanger doorgeven? We zullen u een bevredigende oplossing bieden.
